发明内容

在一些实例性实施例中,混合动力模块包括:密封毂,其固定至流量板组件;以及轴承,其径向地布置在密封毂与第二衬板之间以用于相对于壳体径向地定位转子。在一个实例性实施例中,混合动力模块包括驱动毂,其密封至密封毂并且经布置用于驱动地连接至发动机。第一离合器具有第一活塞,其固定至驱动毂。
其他实例性实施例概括地包括用于混合动力模块的飞轮组件,其包括飞轮、弓形螺旋弹簧以及盖板。飞轮经布置用于固定至发动机并且包括环向凹槽。弓形螺旋弹簧设置在环向凹槽中。盖板固定至飞轮并且经布置以将弓形螺旋弹簧轴向地保持在环向凹槽中。在一个实例性实施例中,飞轮组件具有壳,其径向地设置在环向凹槽与弓形螺旋弹簧之间。在一些实例性实施例中,飞轮组件具有凸缘,其与弓形螺旋弹簧驱动地接合。盖板具有第一圆柱形突出部并且凸缘具有第二圆柱形突出部,第二圆柱形突出部在第一圆柱形突出部的径向内侧并且至少部分地与其轴向对准。在一个实例性实施例中,第二圆柱形突出部包括花键。在一个实例性实施例中,飞轮组件包括环形齿轮,其固定至飞轮并且经布置用于与起动电机驱动地连接以起动发动机。
根据一个实施例,一种混合动力模块可包括壳体、隔板、变矩器、毂以及第一离合器板。隔板固定至壳体并且包括径向内圆柱形突出部。变矩器具有液力耦合布置,其具有叶轮和涡轮。毂经布置用于由发动机曲轴径向地定位并且与发动机曲轴驱动接合。第一离合器板固定至毂并且经布置用于将发动机可松放地连接至变矩器。根据一个实施例,第一离合器板密封至隔板。
根据一个实施例,混合动力模块具有第一盖,其固定至叶轮并且由隔板径向地定位。根据一个实施例,混合动力模块具有轴承,其径向地设置在第一盖与隔板之间。根据一个实施例,混合动力模块具有第二离合器板,其与第一盖驱动地接合。第一盖设置在第一离合器板的第一轴向侧上,并且第二离合器板设置在第一离合器板的与第一侧相反的第二轴向侧上。根据一个实施例,混合动力模块具有第一活塞,其在第二离合器板的第二轴向侧上并且经布置用于夹紧第一盖、第一离合器板和第二离合器板以将发动机连接至变矩器。根据一个实施例,第一活塞与第一离合器板驱动地接合。
根据一个实施例,混合动力模块具有第二盖,其固定至叶轮并且经布置用于密封至变速器输入轴。根据一个实施例,混合动力模块具有第三离合器板、第四离合器板以及第二活塞。第三离合器板与第二盖驱动地接合。第四离合器板与涡轮驱动地接合。第二活塞轴向地设置在第二盖与第四离合器板之间,与第二盖驱动地接合,并且经布置用于夹紧第三离合器板和第四离合器板以将涡轮连接至叶轮。
根据一个实施例,混合动力模块具有弹簧保持器和质量元件。弹簧保持器经布置用于固定至发动机曲轴。质量元件固定至弹簧保持器并且包括起动齿轮。质量元件是圆柱形的并且环绕弹簧保持器。

流量板126包括径向内孔口128。流量板120和126在径向内孔口的径向内侧通过例如激光焊缝130固定在一起。尽管示出激光焊缝,但是也可使用其他固定方法(诸如MIG焊缝、TIG焊缝、铜焊、机械紧固件和/或粘合剂)以将部件固定在一起。混合动力模块100包括:密封毂132,其固定至流量板组件;以及驱动毂134,其经布置用于与发动机和离合器108驱动地连接。密封毂包括流动通道136,其与径向内孔口液力连接。驱动毂包括流动通道138,其液力连接至流动通道136。密封毂132包括周向凹槽140。尽管周向凹槽示出为在毂132中,在其他实施例中,毂134可包括周向凹槽,或者毂132和134两者可包括周向凹槽。流动通道136和138在周向凹槽处液力连接。密封毂132在周向凹槽的相反轴向侧142和144上由例如相应的动态密封件146和148密封至驱动毂134。混合动力模块100包括具有卡紧弹簧152的唇缘密封件或轴密封件150以及动态密封件146和148。唇缘密封件和动态密封件中的每一者均用于将密封毂直接密封至驱动毂。
离合器108包括活塞154、活塞156以及作用腔158。活塞156密封至活塞154、旋转地固定至活塞154并且可相对于活塞154轴向移位。作用腔158轴向地布置在活塞154与156之间以用于对离合器108作用。径向流动通道124液力连接至作用腔。活塞154包括板160、摩擦材料环162以及流量孔口164。摩擦材料环固定至板并且包括摩擦材料凹槽166。流量孔口穿过板和摩擦材料环延伸至摩擦材料凹槽。类似地,活塞156包括板、环和孔口,类似于活塞154。尽管两个活塞示出为具有孔口,一些实施例可包括仅一个具有孔口的活塞。
混合动力模块100包括衬板168和170。衬板168例如在激光焊缝172处旋转地固定至转子,并且经布置用于通过例如密封件174和176密封至行星变速器的输入轴。衬板170例如在激光焊缝178处旋转地固定至转子,并且经布置用于相对于壳体径向地定位转子,如下文更详细描述的。离合器108轴向地设置在衬板168与衬板170之间。衬板168包括径向内部分180,其具有轴向相反的周向凹槽182和184。密封件174和176分别地设置在凹槽182与184中。混合动力模块100包括转向板186,其固定至衬板170,用于向活塞154提供平衡油。
密封毂132通过例如激光焊缝188固定至流量板组件112。轴承190径向地布置在密封毂与衬板170之间以用于相对于壳体径向地定位转子。活塞154通过例如激光焊缝192固定至驱动毂134。
用于混合动力模块100的飞轮组件200包括飞轮202、弓形螺旋弹簧或弧形弹簧204以及盖板206。飞轮202经布置用于在例如螺栓208处固定至发动机,并且包括环向凹槽210。弓形螺旋弹簧设置在环向凹槽中。盖板固定至飞轮并且经布置以将弓形螺旋弹簧轴向地保持在环向凹槽中。飞轮组件200包括壳212,其径向地设置在环向凹槽与弓形螺旋弹簧之间。
飞轮组件200包括凸缘214,其与弓形螺旋弹簧驱动地接合。盖板包括圆柱形突出部216并且凸缘包括圆柱形突出部218,圆柱形突出部218在圆柱形突出部216的径向内侧并且至少部分地与其轴向对准。圆柱形突出部218包括花键220,其与驱动板194上的配对花键接合。板194与驱动毂134驱动地接合并且由安装在毂中的凹槽中的环196轴向地固定。飞轮组件200包括环形齿轮222,其固定至飞轮并且经布置用于与起动电机驱动地连接以起动发动机。混合动力模块100和飞轮组件200构造成使得在组装期间,飞轮组件安装在发动机上并且混合动力模块安装在变速器上。当发动机和变速器配对时,板194安装在凸缘214中,并且花键220在飞轮组件与混合动力模块之间提供旋转连接。在配对之后,安装螺栓(未示出)以将变速器/混合动力模块固定至发动机。
参考图2进行了以下说明。图2示出了根据本公开的一个实例性方面的混合动力模块300的上半部截面图。混合动力模块300包括壳体302、隔板304、变矩器306、毂308以及离合器板310。隔板固定至壳体并且包括径向内圆柱形突出部312。变矩器具有液力耦合布置314,其具有叶轮316和涡轮318。毂经布置用于由发动机曲轴320径向地定位并且与发动机曲轴驱动接合。离合器板固定至毂并且经布置用于将发动机可松放地连接至变矩器。离合器板通过例如密封件322密封至隔板。混合动力模块还包括盖324,其固定至叶轮并且由隔板径向地定位。轴承326径向地设置在第一盖与隔板之间。
混合动力模块包括离合器板328,其在接片连接330处与盖324驱动地接合。盖324设置在离合器板310的轴向侧332上,并且离合器板328设置在离合器板310的与轴向侧332相反的轴向侧334上。活塞336是离合器板328的轴向侧334并且经布置用于夹紧盖324、离合器板310和离合器板328以将发动机连接至变矩器。活塞336经由例如板弹簧338与离合器板310驱动地接合。
混合动力模块300包括盖340,其固定至叶轮并且经布置用于密封至变速器输入轴342。混合动力模块300还包括离合器板344、离合器板346以及活塞348。离合器板344与盖340驱动地接合。离合器板346与涡轮驱动地接合。活塞348轴向地设置在盖340与离合器板346之间,经由例如板弹簧350与盖340驱动地接合,并且经布置用于夹紧离合器板344和346以经由例如涡轮毂352将涡轮连接至叶轮。
混合动力模块300包括:弹簧保持器354,其经布置用于经由例如螺栓356固定至发动机曲轴;以及质量元件358,其固定至弹簧保持器并且包括起动齿轮360。质量元件358是圆柱形的并且环绕弹簧保持器。
参考图3进行了以下说明。图3示出了图2的混合动力模块300的上半部截面图的替代实施例。混合动力模块400包括活塞436,其经布置用于夹紧盖424和离合器板410以将发动机连接至变矩器。活塞436经由例如板弹簧438与盖440驱动地接合。松放弹簧462是例如波形垫圈,经布置来在离合器脱离接合时使活塞436移位远离盖424。盖440固定至叶轮416并且经布置用于通过例如密封件474密封至变速器输入轴442。转向板486固定至盖424以用于向活塞436提供平衡油。
参考图4进行了以下说明。图4示出了图2的混合动力模块300的上半部截面图的替代实施例。混合动力模块500包括活塞536,其经布置用于夹紧盖524和离合器板510以将发动机连接至变矩器。活塞536经由例如板弹簧538与盖540驱动地接合。盖540固定至叶轮516并且经布置用于通过例如密封件574密封至变速器输入轴542。端板564通过例如焊缝566固定至盖540。衬套568允许活塞536相对于端板564旋转。衬套568还限制活塞536与端板564之间的油流动。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力模块,其包括:
壳体,所述壳体经布置用于固定至行星变速器和发动机;
电动机,所述电动机设置在所述壳体中,所述电动机包括固定至所述壳体的定子和可相对于所述壳体旋转的转子;
液力耦合装置,所述液力耦合装置设置在所述壳体中并且至少部分地在所述电动机的径向内侧;
第一离合器,所述第一离合器用于将所述转子驱动地连接至所述发动机;
第二离合器,所述第二离合器与所述液力耦合装置平行地布置以用于将所述转子驱动地连接至所述行星变速器的输入轴;以及
流量板组件,所述流量板组件固定至所述壳体,所述流量板组件包括:
第一流量板,所述第一流量板包括形成径向流动通道的第一部分的径向凹槽;以及
第二流量板,所述第二流量板固定至所述第一流量板,形成所述径向流动通道的第二部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其中:
所述第二流量板包括径向内孔口;并且
所述第一流量板和所述第二流量板在所述径向内孔口的径向内侧固定在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力模块,其进一步包括:
密封毂,所述密封毂固定至所述流量板组件;以及
驱动毂,所述驱动毂经布置用于与所述发动机和所述第一离合器驱动地连接,其中:
所述密封毂包括第一流动通道,所述第一流动通道与所述径向内孔口液力连接;
所述驱动毂包括第二流动通道,所述第二流动通道液力连接至所述第一流动通道;
所述密封毂或所述驱动毂包括周向凹槽,并且所述第一流动通道和所述第二流动通道在所述周向凹槽处液力连接;以及
所述密封毂在所述周向凹槽的相反的第一轴向侧和第二轴向侧上密封至所述驱动毂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力模块,其进一步包括:
唇缘密封件,所述唇缘密封件具有卡紧弹簧;以及
第一动态密封件和第二动态密封件,其中所述唇缘密封件及所述第一动态密封件和所述第二动态密封件中的每一者均用于将所述密封毂直接密封至所述驱动毂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其中所述第一离合器包括:
第一活塞;
第二活塞,所述第二活塞密封至所述第一活塞,旋转地固定至所述第一活塞,并且可相对于所述第一活塞轴向移位;以及
作用腔,所述作用腔轴向地布置在所述第一活塞与所述第二活塞之间以用于对所述第一离合器作用,其中所述径向流动通道液力连接至所述作用腔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其进一步包括:
第一衬板,所述第一衬板旋转地固定至所述转子并且经布置用于密封至所述行星变速器的输入轴;以及
第二衬板,所述第二衬板旋转地固定至所述转子并且经布置用于相对于所述壳体径向地定位所述转子,其中所述第一离合器轴向地设置在所述第一衬板与所述第二衬板之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力模块,其中所述第一衬板包括:
径向内部分,所述径向内部分具有轴向相反的第一周向凹槽和第二周向凹槽;以及
第一密封件和第二密封件,所述第一密封件和所述第二密封件分别地设置在轴向相反的所述第一周向凹槽和所述第二周向凹槽中。
8.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力模块,其进一步包括转向板,所述转向板固定至所述第二衬板,其中:
所述第一离合器包括第一活塞;以及
所述转向板用于向所述第一活塞提供平衡油。
9.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力模块,其进一步包括:
密封毂,所述密封毂固定至所述流量板组件;以及
轴承,所述轴承径向地布置在所述密封毂与所述第二衬板之间以用于相对于所述壳体径向地定位所述转子。
10.根据权利要求9所述的混合动力模块,其进一步包括:
驱动毂,所述驱动毂密封至所述密封毂并且经布置用于驱动地连接至所述发动机,其中所述第一离合器包括固定至所述驱动毂的第一活塞。
