Claims (10)
- ハイブリッドモジュール用のトルクコンバータであって、
インペラおよびタービンを備える液圧カップリング装置と、
第1の軸方向に延在する第1のリムを備えるフロントカバーであって、前記液圧カップリング装置を少なくとも部分的に収容するフロントカバーと、
前記フロントカバーに固定され且つ前記液圧カップリング装置を少なくとも部分的に収容するインペラシェルであって、
前記第1の軸方向とは反対の第2の軸方向に延在する第2のリムと、
前記第2のリムの遠位端にある周方向リングと、
少なくとも1つのインペラブレードとを備える、インペラシェルと、
前記インペラシェルに固定され且つ前記周方向リングによって軸方向に保持された電気ロータとを備え、
前記電気ロータは、前記タービンよりも半径方向外側でかつ軸方向において少なくとも一部が前記タービンと重複する位置に配置される、トルクコンバータ。 - 前記第2のリムが、前記電気ロータを周方向に保持するための軸方向に延在する半径方向突出部を備える、請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 前記第2のリムが、前記第1のリムの半径方向外側に配置され且つ前記第2の軸方向において前記第1のリムを超えて軸方向に延在している、請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータ。
- さらに、半径方向タブを備えたクラッチプレートを備え、前記フロントカバーが、前記第1のリムの遠位端から前記第1の軸方向において軸方向に延在し且つ前記半径方向タブと駆動係合するタブを備える、請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータ。
- さらに、前記インペラシェルに固定されたレゾルバロータを備える、請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 前記液圧カップリング装置が、液圧ステータおよび一方向クラッチをさらに備えるか、または、ステータのない流体カップリングである、請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータ。
- さらに、
前記フロントカバーに固定された駆動プレートと、
エンジンクランクシャフトに直接固定するために配置されたスプリングリテーナと、
前記駆動プレートおよび前記スプリングリテーナと駆動係合するコイルスプリングとを備える、請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータ。 - さらに、半径方向および軸方向合成軸受を備え、前記フロントカバーが、同じ材料片から形成された一体型カバーハブを備え、前記半径方向および軸方向合成軸受が、前記カバーハブに設置され、エンジンクランクシャフトとインターフェースするように配置されている、請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータ。
- さらに、前記フロントカバーと前記半径方向および軸方向合成軸受との間に軸方向に設置されたダイヤフラムスプリングを備える、請求項8に記載のトルクコンバータ。
- ハイブリッドモジュールであって、
請求項1に記載のトルクコンバータと、
第1の流体流路と、前記第1の流体流路に接続された環状溝とを備えるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに固定され且つ前記環状溝と軸方向に位置合わせされた開口を含むステータリングと、
前記ステータリングに配置された複数のステータラミネーションであって、前記複数のステータラミネーションのそれぞれが、冷却流体を通過させるための第2の流体流路を形成する開口を備える、複数のステータラミネーションとを備え、
前記複数のステータラミネーションのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記ステータリングの開口を前記第2の流体流路に流体的に接続するための半径方向スロットを備える、ハイブリッドモジュール。
