混合动力模块100包括壳体170、定子环184和多个定子叠片186。壳体170包括流体流动通道188和连接至流动通道188的环形凹槽190。定子环184(例如,通过螺栓192)固定至壳体,并且包括与环形凹槽轴向对齐的孔194。叠片186布置在定子环184中。多个定子叠片中的每一个包括孔196,该孔形成用于使冷却流体从中通过的流体流动通道198的一部分。多个定子叠片中的至少一个包括用于将定子环孔流体连接至流体流动通道198的径向狭槽199。
参考图2进行了以下说明。图2示出了图1中带框区域2的细节图。变矩器102包括活塞板200、板弹簧202和铆钉204。活塞板200可轴向地移位并且旋转地固定至前盖106。板弹簧202将活塞板连接至前盖。铆钉204延伸穿过驱动板中的孔206、前盖中的孔208以及板弹簧中的孔210,以将驱动板、前盖和板弹簧固定在一起。密封件212设置在活塞板的径向外部凹口214中。板弹簧包括一体形成为带有径向外环216的单个部件的多个板弹簧(未示出),该径向外环用于将密封件轴向地保持在凹口中。
变矩器102包括摩擦板218,该摩擦板带有具有凹槽222的摩擦材料环220。活塞板200和板弹簧202包括相应的对齐的孔224和226,所述孔与凹槽径向对齐。变矩器102包括带有径向接片230的离合器板228。前盖106包括接片232,该接片在方向118上从边缘116的远端234轴向延伸并且与径向接片230呈驱动接合。变矩器102包括卡环236。接片232包括凹槽238,并且卡环236设置在凹槽中以轴向地保持离合器板。
参考图3进行了以下说明。图3示出了混合动力模块300的上半部截面图。除了如下所述,模块300与上述模块100大致相同。变矩器302包括液力耦合装置304。液力耦合装置304为没有定子的流体耦合器。即,将变矩器102中的液力定子138替换为变矩器302中的间隔块338。间隔块338两侧上的轴承337和339使间隔块338、叶轮112和涡轮114能够相对旋转。
参考图4进行了以下说明。图4示出了混合动力模块400的上半部截面图。除了如下所述,模块400与上述模块100大致相同。模块400包括变矩器402和用于变矩器402的离合驱动装置404。离合驱动装置404包括毂406、前盖408、离合器410和径向管412。例如,毂406经布置用于通过螺栓156直接固定至发动机曲轴146。离合器410经布置用于将毂可脱开地连接至前盖。径向管412与毂密封地接合以向离合器提供工作油,用于旋转地连接发动机和前盖。
径向管412安装在环414中,该环经布置用于固定至发动机缸体(例如,通过焊缝416和金属板174)。毂406包括用于将毂密封至环的周向密封件418和420。离合器410包括作用腔422。毂406包括流体连接径向管412和作用腔422的流动路径424。离合驱动装置404包括离合器活塞板426和板弹簧428。作用腔422至少部分地由毂和离合器活塞板形成。板弹簧将离合器活塞板旋转地固定至毂。离合驱动装置404包括衬板430和离合器板432。衬板固定至毂。离合器活塞板426安装在毂和离合器板之间。离合器板安装在离合器活塞板和衬板之间。
离合驱动装置404包括弹簧保持器434、驱动板134和弹簧154。弹簧保持器通过铆钉436固定至离合器板432。驱动板通过铆钉204固定至前盖408。弹簧与弹簧保持器和驱动板驱动地接合。离合器板432包括用于接纳弹簧保持器的部分440的孔438。部分440和离合器板至少部分地在该孔处轴向重叠。离合器410布置在弹簧保持器的径向外侧。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于混合动力模块的变矩器,其包括:
液力耦合装置,所述液力耦合装置包括叶轮和涡轮;
前盖,所述前盖包括在第一轴向方向上延伸的第一边缘,所述前盖至少部分地包住所述液力耦合装置;
叶轮壳,所述叶轮壳固定至所述前盖并且至少部分地包住所述液力耦合装置,所述叶轮壳包括:
第二边缘,所述第二边缘在相反于所述第一轴向方向的第二轴向方向上延伸;
周向环,所述周向环在所述第二边缘的远端处;以及,
至少一个叶轮叶片;以及,
电转子,所述电转子固定至所述叶轮壳第二边缘并且由所述周向环轴向地保持。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变矩器,其中所述第二边缘包括轴向延伸的径向伸出部,所述径向伸出部用于周向地保持所述电转子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变矩器,其中所述第二边缘设置在所述第一边缘的径向外侧并且在所述第二轴向方向上轴向延伸超过所述第一边缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的变矩器,其进一步包括带有径向接片的离合器板,其中所述前盖包括接片,所述接片在所述第一方向上从所述第一边缘的远端轴向延伸并且与所述径向接片呈驱动接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的变矩器,其进一步包括固定至所述叶轮壳的分解器转子。
6.根据权利要求1所述的变矩器,其中所述液力耦合装置:
进一步包括液力定子和单向离合器;或者,
为没有定子的流体耦合器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的变矩器,其进一步包括:
驱动板,所述驱动板固定至所述前盖;
弹簧保持器,所述弹簧保持器经布置用于直接固定至发动机曲轴;以及,
螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧与所述驱动板和所述弹簧保持器呈驱动接合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的变矩器,其进一步包括组合式径向和轴向轴承,其中所述前盖包括由同一块材料形成的一体式盖毂,并且所述组合式径向和轴向轴承安装在所述盖毂上并且布置成与发动机曲轴相连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的变矩器,其进一步包括轴向安装在所述前盖与所述组合式径向和轴向轴承之间的膜片弹簧。
10.一种混合动力模块,其包括:
权利要求1所述的变矩器;
壳体,所述壳体包括第一流体流动通道和连接至所述第一流体流动通道的环形凹槽;
定子环,所述定子环固定至所述壳体并且包括与所述环形凹槽轴向对齐的孔;以及,
多个定子叠片,所述多个定子叠片布置在所述定子环中,所述多个定子叠片中的每一个包括孔,所述孔形成用于使冷却流体从中通过的第二流体流动通道,其中:
所述多个定子叠片中的至少一个包括径向狭槽,所述径向狭槽用于将所述定子环孔流体连接至所述第二流体流动通道。
