电动马达转子106包括离合器片122和活塞144。离合器片122与内花键120驱动地接合。活塞144由安装在活塞144中的径向外密封件146和安装在活塞承载件114中的径向内密封件148密封至活塞承载件。活塞144用于轴向按压多个离合器片以传输扭矩。也就是说,液压压力通过隔板152中的通道150和毂156中的通道154引入并且进入液压室158。室158中的高压将活塞144朝向离合器片122推动成接合离合器并且将扭矩从离合器内承载件160传输至转子承载件112。
电动马达转子106包括垫片162。活塞144包括用于按压离合器片122的环形突出部164,并且垫片162在轴向上设置在环形突出部与多个离合器片之间。选择垫片162的厚度以调节离合器的分离。也就是说,为了在离合器断开接合时更好地控制活塞与离合器片之间的距离,可以测量用于每个转子承载件组件的部件并且可以选择特定厚度的垫片以减小离合器断开接合时的分离公差。减小的公差有助于改进离合器接合并且减小离合器断开接合时的阻力。
电动马达转子106包括如上所述的密封至活塞承载件114的活塞144、由密封件168密封至活塞144的平衡坝166以及卡环170。活塞承载件114包括凹槽172,并且卡环安装在凹槽中。卡环轴向保持平衡坝。平衡坝将流体保留在活塞144与平衡坝166之间的平衡室174中以抵消来自液压室158中的旋转流体的动态效应。也就是说,当液压室158中的流体旋转时,离心效应即使在没有用于室158中的流体的任何接合压力的情况下也迫使流体将活塞径向向外推动成接合离合器。平衡室中的旋转流体经受类似的动态效应并且抵消室158中的效应,使得活塞基本上保持平衡并且离合器中的阻力受到限制。弹簧176将活塞144远离平衡坝166推动。
电动马达转子106包括旋转变压器适配器板178和旋转变压器转子180。旋转变压器适配器板包括具有轴向槽184的径向外环部分182、具有轴向槽188的径向内环部分186以及从内环部分延伸至外环部分的锥形连接器部分190。旋转变压器转子包括安装在轴向槽184中的键192,并且内周表面124包括安装在轴向槽188中的键194。旋转变压器适配器板还包括接触旋转变压器转子的轴向面198的径向壁196以及接触旋转变压器转子的与轴向面198相对的轴向面202的径向延伸的凸部200。
旋转变压器适配器板与旋转变压器转子具有紧密滑动配合。径向延伸的凸部通过铆固形成。也就是说,旋转变压器适配器板由于旋转变压器适配器板抵靠轴向面202变形而紧密保持在径向壁196与凸部200之间。利用模具(未示出)按压轴向延伸通过旋转变压器转子的材料以轴向地和径向地形成紧密地保持旋转变压器转子的材料。旋转变压器定子203由铆钉204固定至毂156,并且旋转变压器转子和旋转变压器定子一起将转子承载件的旋转位置传达至控制器。安装在活塞承载件114与毂156之间的轴承206将转子106相对于定子104定位,并且允许转子与定子之间的最小摩擦的相对旋转。
电动马达转子106包括固定至转子承载件112的变矩器110。转子承载件112包括环形区段208,并且变矩器110包括固定至环形区段208的环形区段210。转子承载件112包括内周表面212,并且变矩器110包括外周表面214,该外周表面安装在表面212上以用于将变矩器径向定位在转子承载件中。区段208和210以及表面212和214的布置允许将组装的变矩器安装在转子承载件上。也就是说,(例如,由焊缝216)完全组装和焊接的变矩器可以由焊缝218固定至转子承载件112。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于混合动力模块的电动马达转子,所述电动马达转子包括:
转子承载件,所述转子承载件包括:

所述变矩器包括固定至所述第一环形区段的第二环形区段。
16.根据权利要求15所述的电动马达转子,其中:
所述转子承载件包括第三内周表面;并且
所述变矩器包括外周表面,所述外周表面安装在所述第三内周表面中以用于将所述变矩器径向地定位在所述转子承载件中。
17.根据权利要求14所述的电动马达转子,其中:
所述转子承载件包括第三内周表面;并且
所述变矩器包括外周表面,所述外周表面安装在所述第三内周表面中以用于将所述变矩器径向地定位在所述转子承载件中。
18.一种用于将内燃发动机连接至多级变速器的混合动力模块,所述混合动力模块包括:
电动马达定子;
根据权利要求17所述的电动马达转子,其中,所述变矩器包括:
叶轮、涡轮和用于通过传动液体传输扭矩的定子;
变矩器离合器,所述变矩器离合器用于通过机械连接传输扭矩;和
阻尼器,所述阻尼器布置在位于所述涡轮或所述变矩器离合器与所述多级变速器之间的扭矩路径中,所述阻尼器包括输出毂,所述输出毂布置成用于与所述多级变速器的输入轴驱动接合;
模块输入轴,所述模块输入轴包括离合器内承载件;
第一多个离合器片,所述第一多个离合器片与所述转子承载件驱动地接合;以及
第二多个离合器片,所述第二多个离合器片与所述离合器内承载件驱动地接合。
