Abstract
Description
(a)16〜95モル%の陽イオン構造単位(A)、
(b)5〜55モル%のマクロモノマーの構造単位(B)及び
(c)80モル%までの構造単位(C)
(d)80モル%までの構造単位(C)とは異なる構造単位(D)
から成るコポリマーによって解決されるが、その際構造単位(A)は、下記一般式(I)及び/又は(II)
合成例1(陽イオンコームポリマー1)
攪拌機、pH電極及び還流冷却器を具備した四首フラスコに水240g及びビニルオキシブチルポリエチレングリコール3000(EO66モルを有するヒドロキシブチルビニルエーテルのエトキシル化により製造)200gを装入し、10℃に温度調節した。次いで硫酸鉄(II)半水和物0.01g、ADAME−Q(80%)72.4g、有機スルフィン酸誘導体のナトリウム塩(Brueggolit E01、Brueggemann GmbH社)2.5g並びにアクリル酸(99%)2.4g及び3−メルカプトプロピオン酸0.9gを順次フラスコ中に加え、その後溶液中でpH値4.5に調節した。約2分間の短い混合時間後に50%過酸化水素溶液2.5gを溶液に添加した。重合開始は、連続的な温度上昇を特徴とするが、これは約2分後に約35℃の最高温度に到達した。溶液のpH値はこの時点で2.9であった。
攪拌機、pH電極及び還流冷却器を具備した四首フラスコに水400g及びビニルオキシブチルポリエチレングリコール5800(EO130モルを有するヒドロキシブチルビニルエーテルのエトキシル化により製造)350gを装入し、13℃に温度調節した。次いで硫酸鉄(II)半水和物0.01g、ADAME−Q(80%)65.5g、有機スルフィン酸誘導体のナトリウム塩(Brueggolit E01、Brueggemann GmbH社)2.5g並びにアクリル酸(99%)2.2g及び3−メルカプトプロピオン酸1.2gを順次フラスコ中に加え、その後溶液中でpH値4.8に調節した。約2分間の短い混合時間後に50%過酸化水素溶液2.5gを溶液に添加した。重合開始は、連続的な温度上昇を特徴とするが、これは約2分後に約25℃の最高温度に到達した。溶液のpH値はこの時点で3.7であった。
攪拌機、pH電極及び還流冷却器を具備した四首フラスコに水5000g及びビニルオキシブチルポリエチレングリコール5800(EO130モルを有するヒドロキシブチルビニルエーテルのエトキシル化により製造)350gを装入し、13℃に温度調節した。次いで硫酸鉄(II)半水和物0.01g、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(98%)35.7g、ADAME−Q(80%)8.7g、亜硫酸ナトリウム、2−ヒドロキシ−2−スルホネート酢酸の二ナトリウム塩及び2−ヒドロキシ−2−スルホネート酢酸の二ナトリウム塩から成る混合物(Brueggolit FF6、Brueggemann GmbH社)5g並びにアクリル酸(99%)0.5g及び3−メルカプトプロピオン酸1.4gを順次フラスコ中に加え、その後溶液中でpH値5.9に調節した。約2分間の短い混合時間後に50%過酸化水素溶液2.5gを溶液に添加した。重合開始は、連続的な温度上昇を特徴とするが、これは約2分後に約25℃の最高温度に到達した。溶液のpH値はこの時点で5.7であった。
攪拌機、pH電極及び還流冷却器を具備した四首フラスコに水500g及びビニルオキシブチルポリエチレングリコール5800(EO130モルを有するヒドロキシブチルビニルエーテルのエトキシル化により製造)350gを装入し、13℃に温度調節した。次いで硫酸鉄(II)半水和物0.01g、ヒドロキシプロピルアクリレート(98%)16g、ADAME−Q(80%)29g、有機スルフィン酸誘導体のナトリウム塩(Brueggolit E01、Brueggemann GmbH社)3.5g並びにアクリル酸(99%)0.5g及び3−メルカプトプロピオン酸0.9gを順次フラスコ中に加え、その後溶液中でpH値5.6に調節した。約2分間の短い混合時間後に50%過酸化水素溶液2.5gを溶液に添加した。重合開始は、連続的な温度上昇を特徴とするが、これは約2分後に約25℃の最高温度に到達した。溶液のpH値はこの時点で4.9であった。
硫酸カルシウム半水和物(β)を用いる流動試験
液体流動化剤及び本発明によるコポリマー(合成例1から4による)の必要量をHobart(登録商標)ミキサーのポットに秤入れ、第1表から第4表の水−石膏−値に相応する量の水を添加した。次いで石膏400gを促進剤及び記載量のモンモリロナイト−粘土と一緒に添加し、15秒間浸漬し、次いで15秒間285rpm(レベルII)で混合した。60秒後にスランプをシリンダー(高さ:10cm、直径:5cm)を用いて測定した。硬化時間の測定はメスカット試験を用いて行った。

Claims (20)
- (a)16〜95モル%の陽イオン構造単位(A)、
(b)5〜55モル%のマクロモノマーの構造単位(B)、及び
(c)80モル%までの構造単位(C)、
(d)80モル%までの構造単位(C)とは異なる構造単位(D)
から成るコポリマーにおいて、ここで構造単位(A)が、下記一般式(I)及び/又は(II)
- コポリマーが陽イオン構造単位(A)を20〜95モル%、特に有利には40〜80モル%の割合で含有し及び/又はマクロモノマーの構造単位(B)を10〜40モル%の割合で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコポリマー。
- 構造単位(A)が、モノマー種[2−(アクリロイルオキシ)−エチル]−トリメチル−アンモニウムクロリド、[2−(アクリロイルアミノ)−エチル]−トリメチル−アンモニウムクロリド、[2−(アクリロイルオキシ)−エチル]−トリメチル−アンモニウムメトスルフェート、[2−(メタクリロイルオキシ)−エチル]−トリメチルアンモニウム−クロリド又は−メトスルフェート、[3−(アクリロイルアミノ)−プロピル]−トリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、[3−(メタクリロイルアミノ)−プロピル]−トリメチルアンモニウムクロリド及び/又はジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド(DADMAC)の少なくとも一つから選択した重合生成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のコポリマー。
- マクロモノマーの構造単位(B)が、ポリマー中で一般式(IIIa)及び/又は(IIIb):
- 構造単位(B)が、アリルポリエチレングリコール−、メチルポリエチレングリコール−モノビニルエーテル、イソプレニルポリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール−ビニルオキシ−ブチルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコール−ブロック−プロピレングリコール−ビニルオキシ−ブチルエーテル、メチルポリエチレングリコール−ブロック−プロピレングリコールアリルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコール−メタクリレート及び/又はメチルポリエチレングリコール−ブロック−プロピレングリコールアリルエーテルの系から選択したモノマー種の少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のコポリマー。
- 構造単位(C)を、下記一般式(Va)及び/又は(Vb)及び/又は(Vc)
- 構造単位(D)がアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、N−メチルアクリルアミド、N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド、N−エチルアクリルアミド、N−シクロヘキシルアクリルアミド、N−ベンジルアクリルアミド、N−メチロールアクリルアミド及び/又はN−第三級ブチルアクリルアミドの系から選択したモノマー種の少なくとも一つを表すことを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のコポリマー。
- 構造単位(D)が、アクリル酸、アクリル酸ナトリウム、メタクリル酸及び/又はメタクリル酸ナトリウムの系から選択したモノマー種の少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のコポリマー。
- 付加的な構造単位(E)が、[3−(メタクリロイルアミノ)−プロピル]−ジメチルアミン、[3−(アクリロイルアミノ)−プロピル]−ジメチルアミン、[2−(メタクリロイル−オキシ)−エチル]−ジメチルアミン、[2−(アクリロイル−オキシ)−エチル]−ジメチルアミン、[2−(メタクリロイル−オキシ)−エチル]−ジエチルアミン及び/又は[2−(アクリロイル−オキシ)−エチル]−ジメチルアミンの系から選択したモノマー種の少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のコポリマー。

- 硫酸カルシウム含有懸濁液の製造における請求項15又は16のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 乾燥モルタル混合物、漆喰系における並びにボード形部材、特に石膏ボード、サーフェイサー及びいわゆる下地の製造における請求項15から17までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
