Abstract
【解決手段】回転中心回りに回転する巻軸50であって、溝50aが形成される巻軸50を備える巻芯製造装置を用いて巻芯を製造する工程において、巻軸50の溝50aに、セパレータとセパレータよりも強度が大きいシートSを挿入し、巻軸50を所定角度回転させた後にシートSの重なり部位を接着あるいは溶着している。

Claims (4)
- 回転中心回りに回転する巻軸であって、溝が形成される巻軸を備える巻芯製造装置を用いて巻芯を製造する第一工程と、シート状の正電極及び負電極と、シート状のセパレータとで積層電極部材を作製しつつ、前記巻芯の周面に積層電極部材を巻回する第二工程とを備え、前記第一工程では、前記溝に、前記セパレータよりも強度が大きいシートを挿入し、巻軸を所定角度回転させた後、シートの重なり部位を接着あるいは溶着することにより巻芯を製造するようにしたことを特徴とする電池の製造方法。
- 前記巻軸は、長楕円状に形成され、前記溝は、前記巻軸の長軸方向に沿って延びるように形成されている請求項1に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 回転中心回りに回転する巻軸であって、溝が形成される巻軸を備え、前記巻軸の溝にシートを挿入するシート挿入手段と、前記巻軸を所定角度回転させた状態で、シートの重なり部位を接着あるいは溶着により接合する接合手段とを備えることを特徴とする巻芯製造装置。
- シートを用いて構成され、シートの一端部の内面側がシートの所定箇所の内面側に接合される一方、シートの他端部の外面側がシートの別の所定箇所の外面側に接合され、両接合箇所間におけるシートがシートの環状となった部分の内部で掛け渡されるように配置されることを特徴とする巻芯。
