Claims (3)
- 偏平筒状をなすシート製の筒状部、及び該筒状部の内側に介在するシート製の介在部を含む巻芯を有する電極体と、
該電極体を収容するケースと
を備え、
前記筒状部は、
一端及び他端を有する一対の湾曲部であって、内周面同士を対峙させた状態で配置された一対の湾曲部と、
該一対の湾曲部の互いに対向する一端同士及び他端同士を接続して互いに対向する一対の対向部と
を有し、
前記介在部は、
前記筒状部における前記一対の対向部のうちの一方の対向部における前記一対の湾曲部のうちの一方の湾曲部側に接する第一端部と、
前記筒状部における前記一対の対向部のうちの他方の対向部における前記一対の湾曲部のうちの他方の湾曲部側に接する第二端部と、
前記第一端部と前記第二端部との間の少なくとも一箇所以上に設けられる折り返し部とを有し、
前記電極体は、前記一対の対向部のそれぞれと対応した平坦部を外周面上に有し、
該平坦部は、前記ケースの内壁面に近接している

前記筒状部における前記一方の湾曲部側に接する第一の接触部であって、前記他方の湾曲部側に向かって延びる第一の接触部と、

前記第一の接触部及び前記第二の接触部の間に設けられる少なくとも二つ以上の前記折り返し部と、
前記少なくとも二つ以上の折り返し部のそれぞれを直列に接続する接続部と
を備える
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 偏平筒状の巻芯を製造する巻芯製造工程と、
セパレータを挟んで重ね合わされた正極及び負極が前記巻芯の回りに巻き付けられた電極体であって、平坦部を外周面上に有する電極体を製造する電極体製造工程と、
前記電極体の前記平坦部がケースの内壁面に近接するように前記電極体を前記ケースに収容する電極体収容工程と
を備え、
前記巻芯製造工程では、
一対の巻軸の間を弛ませて配置されたシートを該一対の巻軸に巻き付ける巻回工程と、
前記一対の巻軸に巻き付けられた前記シートを偏平に圧縮し、折り返し部を有する介在部を内側に形成する介在部形成工程と
を備える
