Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態に従う車両100の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、車両100は、蓄電装置110と、システムメインリレー(System Main Relay:SMR)115と、駆動装置105と、制御装置であるECU(Electronic Control Unit)300とを備える。
上述のような駆動装置の冷却装置にグリルシャッタを有する車両において、グリルシャッタに故障が生じて開閉動作が行なえなくなり、シャッタが閉止した状態あるいは閉止に近い状態のままとなった場合、すなわち、シャッタ開度が所定開度以下のままとなった状態(以下、「閉故障状態」とも称する。)を考える。
上記では、ハイブリッド車両において、エンジンの温度および電動駆動部の温度の双方に基づいて走行モードを切換える構成について説明したが、本発明は、エンジンのみを駆動源として備える車両や、電気自動車のように回転電機のみを駆動源として備える車両についても適用可能である。
Claims (13)
- 駆動力を発生するための駆動源と、
前記駆動源を冷却するための空気量を調整可能に構成されたシャッタ装置と、
前記駆動源を制御するための制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知した場合には、前記駆動源の温度に応じて前記駆動源の動作制限を行なう、車両。 - 前記シャッタ装置は、前記車両のフロントグリルに設けられ、シャッタの開度を調整することによって前記フロントグリルを通過する空気量を調整し、
前記制御装置は、前記シャッタの開度が所定開度よりも閉状態のままとなる故障を検知した場合に前記駆動源の動作制限を行なう、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記駆動源は、内燃機関を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の温度に応じて、前記内燃機関の動作制限を行なう、請求項1または2に記載の車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知し、かつ前記内燃機関の温度が所定の基準温度を上回った場合は、前記内燃機関の回転速度および出力トルクの少なくとも一方を制限する、請求項3に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知し、かつ前記内燃機関の温度が所定の基準温度を上回った場合は、前記内燃機関を停止する、請求項3に記載の車両。
- 蓄電装置をさらに備え、
前記駆動源は、回転電機と、前記蓄電装置からの電力を用いて前記回転電機を駆動するための電力変換装置とを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記回転電機および前記電力変換装置の少なくとも一方の温度に基づいて、前記回転電機の動作制限を行なう、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記電力変換装置は、前記蓄電装置の出力電圧を昇圧することが可能なコンバータを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知し、かつ、前記回転電機および前記電力変換装置の少なくとも一方の温度がそれぞれに対応して予め定められた所定の基準温度を上回った場合は、前記コンバータの昇圧動作を制限する、請求項6に記載の車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知し、かつ、前記回転電機および前記電力変換装置の少なくとも一方の温度がそれぞれに対応して予め定められた所定の基準温度を上回った場合は、前記回転電機の負荷率を制限するように前記電力変換装置を制御する、請求項6に記載の車両。
- 前記シャッタ装置を通過した空気を送風して冷却媒体を冷却するための冷却ファンと、
冷却された前記冷却媒体を前記駆動源に送出して、前記駆動源を冷却するためのポンプとをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知し、かつ前記冷却媒体の温度が所定の基準温度を上回った場合は、前記所定の基準温度よりも低い場合に比べて、前記冷却ファンの送風量および前記ポンプの吐出量の少なくとも一方を増加するように制御する、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 内燃機関と、
冷却媒体により前記内燃機関を冷却するための冷却装置と、
前記内燃機関および前記冷却装置を制御するための制御装置とを備え、
前記冷却装置は、
前記内燃機関を冷却するための空気量を調整可能に構成されたシャッタ装置と、
前記シャッタ装置を通過した空気を送風して前記冷却媒体を冷却するための冷却ファンと、
前記冷却媒体を前記内燃機関に送出するためのポンプとを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知した場合に、
前記冷却媒体の温度が第1の基準温度より低い場合には通常運転モードを選択し、
前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度を上回ったことに応答して、前記通常運転モードに比べて前記冷却ファンの送風量および前記ポンプの吐出量の少なく一方を増加するように前記冷却装置を制御する第1の運転モードを選択し、
前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度よりも高い第2の基準温度を上回ったことに応答して、前記通常運転モードに比べて前記内燃機関の回転速度および出力トルクの少なくとも一方を制限する第2の運転モードを選択し、
前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第2の基準温度よりも高い第3の基準温度を上回ったことに応答して、前記内燃機関を停止する第3の運転モードを選択する、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記第1の運転モードが選択されている場合に、前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度よりも低い第4の基準温度を下回ったことに応答して、運転モードを前記第1の運転モードから前記通常運転モードに切換え、
前記第2の運転モードが選択されている場合に、前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度と前記第2の基準温度との間の第5の基準温度を下回ったことに応答して、運転モードを前記第2の運転モードから前記第1の運転モードに切換え、
前記第3の運転モードが選択されている場合に、前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第2の基準温度と前記第3の基準温度との間の第6の基準温度を下回ったことに応答して、運転モードを前記第3の運転モードから前記第2の運転モードに切換える、請求項10に記載の車両。 - 蓄電装置と、
回転電機および、前記蓄電装置からの電力を用いて前記回転電機を駆動するための電力変換装置を含む駆動装置と、
冷却媒体により前記駆動装置を冷却するための冷却装置と、
前記駆動装置および前記冷却装置を制御するための制御装置とを備え、
前記冷却装置は、
前記駆動装置を冷却するための空気量を調整可能に構成されたシャッタ装置と、
前記シャッタ装置を通過した空気を送風して前記冷却媒体を冷却するための冷却ファンと、
前記冷却媒体を前記駆動装置に送出するためのポンプとを含み、
前記電力変換装置は、スイッチング素子の上下アームを有するチョッパ回路に形成され、前記蓄電装置の出力電圧を昇圧することが可能なコンバータを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記シャッタ装置の故障を検知した場合に、
前記冷却媒体の温度が第1の基準温度より低い場合には通常運転モードを選択し、
前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度を上回ったことに応答して、前記通常運転モードに比べて前記冷却ファンの送風量および前記ポンプの吐出量の少なく一方を増加するように前記冷却装置を制御する第1の運転モードを選択し、
前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度よりも高い第2の基準温度を上回ったことに応答して、前記コンバータの上アームのスイッチング素子を導通状態に保持する第2の運転モードを選択し、
前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第2の基準温度よりも高い第3の基準温度を上回ったことに応答して、前記通常運転モードに比べて前記回転電機の負荷率を制限するように前記電力変換装置を制御する第3の運転モードを選択する、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記第1の運転モードが選択されている場合に、前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度よりも低い第4の基準温度を下回ったことに応答して、運転モードを前記第1の運転モードから前記通常運転モードに切換え、
前記第2の運転モードが選択されている場合に、前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第1の基準温度と前記第2の基準温度との間の第5の基準温度を下回ったことに応答して、運転モードを前記第2の運転モードから前記第1の運転モードに切換え、
前記第3の運転モードが選択されている場合に、前記冷却媒体の温度が前記第2の基準温度と前記第3の基準温度との間の第6の基準温度を下回ったことに応答して、運転モードを前記第3の運転モードから前記第2の運転モードに切換える、請求項12に記載の車両。
