Description
図1は、本実施の形態に従うモータ駆動制御システムを搭載した車両100の全体構成図である。本実施の形態においては、車両100としてエンジンおよびモータジェネレータを搭載したハイブリッド車両を例として説明するが、車両100の構成はこれに限定されるものではなく、蓄電装置からの電力によって走行可能な車両であれば適用可能である。車両100としては、ハイブリッド車両以外にたとえば電気自動車や燃料電池自動車などが含まれる。
次に、図1のようなコンバータやインバータを備える車両において、低温時に、スイッチング素子の保護のためにシステム電圧が実行される場合の問題点を、図2から図4を用いて説明する。
上記で示した比較例では、システム電圧VHを制限する際に、蓄電装置が出力可能な最大電流が流れた場合に、その最大電流に対応してインバータに供給される電流をインバータが許容できることを前提として低下後のシステム電圧を設定した。
実施の形態1においては、要求されるトルク指令値を最高回転速度で達成する場合の出力電力が、蓄電装置の放電電力上限値よりも小さくなる場合に、システム電圧の制限を緩和する手法について説明した。
実施の形態2においては、蓄電装置の温度に対応した放電電力上限値に基づいてシステム電圧を設定する手法について説明した。しかしながら、実施の形態2においては、実際に要求されている要求電力が、放電電力上限値よりも小さい場合には、システム電圧を過剰に制限している場合が発生し得る。

Claims (10)
- 蓄電装置と、
回転電機と、
前記蓄電装置からの出力電圧を昇圧するためのコンバータと、
スイッチング素子を含み、前記コンバータからの昇圧電圧を変換して前記回転電機を駆動するためのインバータと、
前記昇圧電圧を設定するための制御装置とを備え、
前記スイッチング素子は、前記インバータの温度が低下すると耐電圧が低下する特性を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度特性と前記インバータの温度特性とに基づいて、前記耐電圧を超えない範囲で前記昇圧電圧が高くなるように前記昇圧電圧を設定し、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度と、前記インバータの温度と、前記回転電機の目標トルク指令値と、前記回転電機の最高回転速度とに基づいて前記昇圧電圧を設定する、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度および前記インバータの温度に基づいて、前記蓄電装置の充放電電力上限値をさらに制限することによって、前記目標トルク指令値に対して前記最高回転速度が確保できるように前記昇圧電圧を設定する、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記目標トルク指令値に対して前記最高回転速度が確保できる前記昇圧電圧であるときに、現在の前記インバータの温度において前記インバータに流すことのできる最大電流に基づいて前記蓄電装置の充放電可能電力を演算するとともに、現在の前記蓄電装置の温度において前記蓄電装置の入出力可能な最大電力が前記充放電可能電力を上回る場合は前記充放電可能電力を前記充放電電力上限値に設定し、前記最大電力が前記充放電可能電力を下回る場合は前記最大電力を前記充放電電力上限値に設定する、請求項2に記載の車両。
- 蓄電装置と、
回転電機と、
前記蓄電装置からの出力電圧を昇圧するためのコンバータと、
スイッチング素子を含み、前記コンバータからの昇圧電圧を変換して前記回転電機を駆動するためのインバータと、
前記昇圧電圧を設定するための制御装置とを備え、
前記スイッチング素子は、前記インバータの温度が低下すると耐電圧が低下する特性を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度特性と前記インバータの温度特性とに基づいて、前記耐電圧を超えない範囲で前記昇圧電圧が高くなるように前記昇圧電圧を設定し、
前記制御装置は、現在の前記インバータの温度において、前記蓄電装置が入出力可能な最大電流に対応するインバータ電流を流すことのできる最大の昇圧電圧に前記昇圧電圧を設定する、車両。 - 蓄電装置と、
回転電機と、
前記蓄電装置からの出力電圧を昇圧するためのコンバータと、
スイッチング素子を含み、前記コンバータからの昇圧電圧を変換して前記回転電機を駆動するためのインバータと、
前記昇圧電圧を設定するための制御装置とを備え、
前記スイッチング素子は、前記インバータの温度が低下すると耐電圧が低下する特性を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度特性と前記インバータの温度特性とに基づいて、前記耐電圧を超えない範囲で前記昇圧電圧が高くなるように前記昇圧電圧を設定し、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度と、前記インバータの温度と、前記回転電機から要求される目標電力とに基づいて前記昇圧電圧を設定する、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記目標電力と現在の前記蓄電装置の温度において前記蓄電装置が入出力可能な最大電力とを比較するとともに、前記目標電力が前記最大電力を上回る場合は前記蓄電装置が前記最大電力を入出力するときに入出力可能な最大電流と前記インバータの温度とに基づいて前記昇圧電圧を設定し、前記目標電力が前記最大電力を下回る場合は前記目標電力と前記インバータの温度とに基づいて前記昇圧電圧を設定する、請求項5に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記目標電力が前記最大電力を上回る場合は、現在の前記インバータの温度において、前記最大電流に対応するインバータ電流を流すことのできる最大の昇圧電圧に前記昇圧電圧を設定し、前記目標電力が前記最大電力を下回る場合は、現在の前記インバータの温度において、前記目標電力が入出力されるときに前記インバータに流れる電流を流すことのできる最大の昇圧電圧に前記昇圧電圧を設定する、請求項6に記載の車両。
- 前記蓄電装置の温度特性は、前記蓄電装置の温度が低下すると、出力可能な最大電流が低下する特性を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記インバータの温度特性は、前記インバータに流すことのできる電流が、前記インバータの温度が高いほど大きく、前記昇圧電圧が大きいほど小さくなる特性を含む、請求項8に記載の車両。
- 前記インバータの温度特性は、前記インバータに流すことのできる電流が、前記インバータの温度が高いほど大きく、前記昇圧電圧が大きいほど小さくなる特性を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
