Abstract
【解決手段】制御装置は、カット条件が満たされると前記開度を全閉にするように、かつカット解除条件が満たされると前記開度を可変に制御するように、構成されている。運転領域が、回転速度およびトルクの関係を示す特性曲線によって囲まれる領域として規定されている。前記運転領域R0が、NTE領域R11を含む高運転領域R1と、前記高運転領域R1よりも低トルク側かつ低回転速度側に設定される低運転領域R2とからなっている。前記カット条件は、所定時間以上の間、前記回転速度および前記トルクによって特定される運転条件が前記低運転領域R2内に保たれていることである。前記カット解除条件は、前記運転条件が前記高運転領域R1に入ることである。

Claims (5)
- EGRクーラー、EGRバルブ、および前記EGRバルブの開度を制御する制御装置を備えているエンジンであって、
前記制御装置は、カット条件が満たされると前記開度を全閉にするように、かつカット解除条件が満たされると前記開度を可変に制御するように、構成されており、
運転領域が、回転速度およびトルクの関係を示す特性曲線によって囲まれる領域として規定されており、
前記運転領域が、NTE領域を含む高運転領域と、前記高運転領域よりも低トルク側かつ低回転速度側に設定される低運転領域とからなっており、
前記カット条件は、所定時間以上の間、前記回転速度および前記トルクによって特定される運転条件が前記低運転領域内に保たれていることであり、
前記カット解除条件は、前記運転条件が前記高運転領域に入ることである、エンジン。 - コモンレール式の燃料噴射装置を備えており、
前記制御装置は、負荷率、噴射量、およびレール圧に基づいて、3つの推定トルクを特定するように構成されており、
前記カット条件および前記カット解除条件は、前記3つの推定トルクのうち最も大きな前記推定トルクを、前記運転条件を特定するための前記トルクとして利用している、請求項1に記載のエンジン。 - 前記カット解除条件は、前記運転条件が前記高運転領域に入ること、上流温度が所定上流温度を超えていること、または下流温度が所定下流温度を超えていることであり、
前記上流温度および前記下流温度は、前記EGRクーラーの上流側および下流側における排気ガスの温度である、請求項2に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御装置は、前記回転速度の目標値を、低速度または高速度に設定するように構成されており、
前記低速度は、前記特性曲線において前記トルクがピーク値となる前記回転速度であり、
前記高速度は、前記低速度よりも高い前記回転速度であって、前記高速度における前記トルクの全体が前記高運転領域内に含まれている、請求項3に記載のエンジン。 - 請求項1−4のいずれか1つに記載のエンジンと、前記エンジンによって駆動される圧縮機とを有する冷凍機。
