Abstract
【解決手段】被焼成物を支持するためのベースセッター1であって、その外形状が、辺3を内側に湾曲させた3〜6角形であり、辺3の中央部のくぼみ量ABを辺3の長さCDの5〜25%とした。辺3を内側に湾曲させることによって、大きな熱応力が発生し易い部位を切り欠いてなくした形状となり、急速焼成を行なっても、辺3の中央部におけるスポーリング割れを防止することができる。

Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態を示す平面図、図2はその斜視図である。
種々のセラミック材料により、表1に示した実施例1〜7と、表2に示した比較例1〜8のベースセッターを製作し、耐スポール性、使用時の破損割合、上に載せた焼成用敷板の撓み量等を評価した。ベースセッターのサイズは何れも310×310mmで厚さは5mmとした。なお上に載せる焼成用敷板は何れも300×300mmで厚さ2mmのアルミナ板とした。表1中に示すくぼみ割合は、段落0018において説明した数値を意味し、その値が0のものは辺が直線である。

Claims (5)
- 被焼成物を支持するためのベースセッターであって、その外形状が、辺を内側に湾曲させた多角形であり、辺の中央部のくぼみ量を辺の長さの5〜25%としたことを特徴とするベースセッター。
- 多角形が3〜6角形であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベースセッター。
- 多角形の内側部分を中抜きした形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベースセッター。
- 材質がSiC質、ムライト質、アルミナ質の何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベースセッター。
- 焼成用敷板を上面に載せて使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載のベースセッター。
