Description
Claims (10)
- 複数のセラミックシートの積層体であり、かつ、プレート状を呈しているセラミック基体から構成される熱処理用トレーであって、ワークピースを収容するための1乃至複数のポケットが備わるとともに、切欠が前記セラミック基体の前記ポケットを形成する面のうち全ての側面に全周にわたって設けられており、かつ、前記プレート状を呈するセラミック基体の面方向に平行に形成されていることを、特徴とする熱処理用トレー。
- 複数の切欠が各ポケットに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱処理用トレー。
- 前記切欠が、前記セラミック基体の各ポケットにおいて、前記ポケットを形成する面のうち側面の何れかに設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理用トレー。
- 前記切欠の断面形状が、三角形である請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の熱処理用トレー。
- 前記切欠の開口幅が、6μm以下である請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の熱処理用トレー。
- 前記切欠の深さが、3〜50μmである請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の熱処理用トレー。
- 前記セラミック基体の前記ポケットを形成する面のうち底面が、階段状又は凹凸状に形成されている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の熱処理用トレー。
- 前記ワークピースが、セラミック材料で構成され、
前記セラミック基体を構成するセラミック材料が、前記ワークピースを構成するセラミック材料と同一である請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の熱処理用トレー。 - 前記ワークピースにかかる製品が、セラミック材料で構成されコの字状を呈する磁気乃至光ディスクヘッド向け微小位置決め用アクチュエータである請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の熱処理用トレー。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の熱処理用トレーを用いて熱処理する過程を有するセラミック製品の製造方法。
