Abstract
【解決手段】複数の1次成形用バスバーを1次インサート成形して形成された1次成形部材と、複数の2次成形用バスバーと、を2次インサート成形して形成されるとともに、1次成形用バスバー及び2次成形用バスバーがバスバー軸方向に並設されるバスバーユニットであって、1次成形用バスバーは、1次インサート成形時に他の1次成形用バスバーを支持する支持ピンをバスバー軸方向に挿通させる挿通孔15、25を備え、2次成形用バスバーは、挿通孔15、25と対向する位置に、2次インサート成形時に絶縁性樹脂の通過を可能とする貫通孔35、45を備える。

Claims (3)
- 複数の1次成形用バスバーを1次インサート成形して形成された1次成形部材と、複数の2次成形用バスバーと、を2次インサート成形して形成されるとともに、前記1次成形用バスバー及び前記2次成形用バスバーがバスバー軸方向に並設されるバスバーユニットであって、
前記1次成形用バスバーは、1次インサート成形時に他の前記1次成形用バスバーを支持する支持ピンをバスバー軸方向に挿通させる挿通孔を備え、
前記2次成形用バスバーは、前記挿通孔と対向する位置に、2次インサート成形時に絶縁性樹脂の通過を可能とする貫通孔を備える、
ことを特徴とするバスバーユニット。 - 前記複数の1次成形用バスバーは、第1バスバー及び第2バスバーから構成され、
前記複数の2次成形用バスバーは、前記1次成形部材の第1バスバー側端部に配設される第3バスバーと、前記1次成形部材の第2バスバー側端部に配設される第4バスバーとから構成され、
前記第1バスバーは、1次インサート成形時に前記第2バスバーを支持する支持ピンを挿通させる第1バスバー挿通孔を有し、
前記第2バスバーは、1次インサート成形時に前記第1バスバーを支持する支持ピンを挿通させる第2バスバー挿通孔を有し、
前記第3バスバーは、前記第1バスバー挿通孔と対向する位置に、2次インサート成形時における絶縁性樹脂の通過を可能とする第3バスバー貫通孔を有し、
前記第4バスバーは、前記第2バスバー挿通孔と対向する位置に、2次インサート成形時における絶縁性樹脂の通過を可能とする第4バスバー貫通孔を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーユニット。 - 前記第1バスバー挿通孔及び前記第3バスバー貫通孔と、前記第2バスバー挿通孔及び前記第4バスバー貫通孔とは、バスバー周方向にずらして配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバスバーユニット。
