Claims (2)
- ブラシレスモータ用ターミナルのインサート成形方法であって、予めリング状に形成された複数のバスリングを軸方向に離隔してモールド樹脂により一体化するとき、先端側ほど小径となる位置決め段差部を軸方向に適宜間隔に備えた複数の保持ピンを、複数積層したバスリングの周方向に適宜間隔に配置し、隣接した各保持ピンの、積層したバスリングに対する挿通方向を互いに逆方向とし、前記各保持ピンの先端部及び各位置決め段差部によって前記各バスリングを予め設定された所定間隔に保持し、かつ前記各保持ピンの先端部に対向して当該先端部よりも大径の補助ピンを備え、この補助ピンと前記各保持ピンの先端部との間に表裏両側のバスリングを挟み込んだ状態に保持してモールドを行うことを特徴とするブラシレスモータ用ターミナルのインサート成形方法。
- ブラシレスモータ用ターミナルであって、先端側ほど小径となる位置決め段差部を軸方向に適宜間隔に備えた複数の保持ピンにおける各位置決め段差部及び各保持ピンの先端部によって、予めリング状に形成された複数のバスリングの位置決めを行い、かつ前記各保持ピンに対向して当該保持ピンの先端部よりも大径の補助ピンを備え、この補助ピンと前記各保持ピンの先端部との間に表裏両側のバスリングを挟み込んだ状態に保持し、前記各バスリングを軸方向に離隔した状態に保持してインサート成形することによって前記各バスリングをモールド樹脂によって一体化した構成であることを特徴とするブラシレスモータ用ターミナル。
