Claims (10)
- ステータ;
前記ステータの内側に配置されるロータ;
前記ロータと結合するシャフト;
前記ステータの上側に配置されるバスバー;および
前記バスバーに連結されるワイヤ組立体を含み、
前記ワイヤ組立体は、グロメット、前記グロメットの内側に一部が配置されるケーブルと前記ケーブルに連結される第1ターミナルを含み、
前記第1ターミナルは連結端を含み、
前記グロメットは、前記ケーブルを内部に含む胴体と前記胴体から延びて前記第1ターミナルを内部に含む延長部を含み、
前記延長部は、前記延長部の下面から前記延長部の上面を貫通して形成されたインサートホールを含み、
前記連結端は前記インサートホールの内側に配置される、モータ。 - 前記バスバーは第2ターミナルを含み、
前記第1ターミナルと前記第2ターミナルは嵌合する、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記第2ターミナルは前記ステータに巻線されたコイルと連結される連結部と前記連結部の一側から上側に突出して前記第1ターミナルの前記連結端と結合するクリップ部を含む、請求項2に記載のモータ。
- 前記クリップ部は上端から下側に凹んで形成されて前記第1ターミナルの前記連結端と嵌合するスロットを含む、請求項3に記載のモータ。
- 前記スロットは前記スロットの側壁から突出して前記第1ターミナルの前記連結端の動きを制限する係止段を含む、請求項4に記載のモータ。
- 前記第2ターミナルは、環状のベース部と、前記ベース部に連結される複数個の端子部を含み、
複数個の端子部のうちいずれか一つは前記クリップ部を含む、請求項3に記載のモータ。 - 前記クリップ部は前記インサートホールの内側に配置される、請求項3に記載のモータ。
- 前記シャフトに結合するセンシングマグネットをさらに含み、
前記延長部の前面は曲面であり、
前記延長部の前面の曲率半径はセンシングマグネットの外径より大きい、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記インサートホールの上面または下面は傾斜した形状を有する側壁を含む、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記スロットの入口は下側に行くほど幅が小さくなる、請求項3に記載のモータ。
