前記発光素子は、青色光、緑色光、赤色光、及び黄色光のうちいずれか一つを放出する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のランプユニット。 - 前記発光素子に対応して前記保護層及び前記波長変換層上に配置されるレンズをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第1の基板はキャビティを有し、前記第2の基板は前記キャビティ内に配置され、前記保護層は前記キャビティ内に充填される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記第1の基板はMCPCB(Metal Cored Printed Circuit Board)で、前記第2の基板はセラミック基板である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記発光素子の数は複数であり、各発光素子は互いに離隔するように位置し、前記波長変換層は複数の部分を含み、前記複数の部分は、それぞれ前記各発光素子のうちいずれか一つに対応するように位置する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のランプユニット。
