Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮機部12を駆動するモータ部11は、回転磁界を生成するステータ112と、回転磁界によってステータ112の内側で回転軸線を中心に回転するロータ113と、を有している。駆動回路部13は、回転軸線方向(XX方向)における位置がステータ112と重なるようにステータ112の内方に配設されている。

Claims (6)
- 冷媒を吸入圧縮する圧縮機部(12、512)と、
前記圧縮機部を駆動する電動式のモータ(11)と、
前記モータを駆動する駆動回路部(13、213)と、を備え、
前記モータは、回転磁界を生成するステータ(112)と、前記回転磁界によって前記ステータの内側で回転軸線を中心に回転するロータ(113)と、を有しており、
前記駆動回路部は、前記回転軸線方向(XX)における位置が前記ステータと重なるように前記ステータの内方に配設されていることを特徴とする電動圧縮機。 - 前記モータは、前記ロータが固定されて前記回転軸線を中心に回転する回転軸部(114a)を有しており、
前記回転軸部は、前記回転軸線方向において前記ロータの固定部位を挟んだ両端側のうち、一端側に前記圧縮機部が係合するとともに、前記一端側のみが回転可能に支持されており、
前記駆動回路部は、前記回転軸部の他端側に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記モータを内部に収容するとともに、内部を前記圧縮機部が吸入する前記冷媒が流通するモータハウジング(111)を備え、
前記駆動回路部は、前記モータハウジング内に配設されており、
前記駆動回路部の表面には、前記駆動回路部の電気回路を前記冷媒から隔絶して保護する保護材層(13m)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記回転軸部には、前記他端側の端面(114e)から凹んだ凹部(114f)が形成されており、
前記駆動回路部は、前記凹部内にまで配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記ステータは、コア部(112a)と、前記コア部に巻回された導体線からなるコイル部(112b)と、を有し、
前記導体線は、前記コイル部から前記保護材層の内部にまで延出されて、前記延出された前記導体線(112c)を介して前記駆動回路部と前記コイル部とを電気的に接続していることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の電動圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機部は、複数の圧縮室(512a、512b)で前記冷媒を段階的に昇圧する多段圧縮機構をなしており、
前記駆動回路部は、前記複数の圧縮室のうち最終段の前記圧縮室(512b)に吸入される前の前記冷媒が流通する部位に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の電動圧縮機。
