Abstract
【解決手段】基部30の周縁部に外周側に拡がったテーパ状をなす外周テーパ部31が設けられた多数のコアプレート15を積層し、隣接するコアプレートの外周テーパ部31同士をロー付けにより接合することによって、隣接するコアプレートの基部30の間に熱交換用流路17,18を形成する。外周テーパ部31は、その外周面及び内周面が断面直線状のストレート形状をなしている。外周テーパ部31の先端部の内周面に、外周面側へ向かって窪んだ凹部33を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 基部の周縁部に外周側に拡がったテーパ状をなす外周テーパ部が設けられた多数のコアプレートを積層し、隣接するコアプレートの外周テーパ部同士をロー付けにより接合することによって、隣接するコアプレートの基部の間に熱交換用流路を形成してなる多板積層式熱交換器において、
上記外周テーパ部は、その外周面及び内周面が断面直線状のストレート形状をなしており、
かつ、上記外周テーパ部の先端部の内周面に、外周面側へ向かって窪んだ凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする多板積層式熱交換器。 - 隣接するコアプレートの凹部同士が、上記外周テーパ部の傾斜方向に関して互いに離間するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多板積層式熱交換器。
- 基部の周縁部に外周側に拡がったテーパ状をなす外周テーパ部が設けられた多数のコアプレートを積層し、隣接するコアプレートの周縁部同士をロー付けにより接合することによって、隣接するコアプレートの基部の間に熱交換用流路を形成してなる多板積層式熱交換器のコアプレートにおいて、
上記外周テーパ部は、その外周面及び内周面が断面直線状をなしており、
かつ、上記外周テーパ部の先端部の内周面に、外周面側へ向かって窪んだ凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする多板積層式熱交換器のコアプレート。
