Abstract
【解決手段】 積層される複数のコアプレート12間にオイル流路13と冷却水流路14とを交互に形成したコア部11の底面を形成するエンドプレート12Aに、コアプレート12よりも厚肉なベースプレート15を固定する。これらのコアプレート12及びベースプレート15は一体にロウ付けされる。ベースプレート15にコア部11側へ張り出した複数の突起部30を形成する。各突起部30は、エンドプレート12Aに貫通形成された嵌合孔31を通して、下から2番目のコアプレート12Cにロウ付けされる。

Claims (3)
- 複数のコアプレートが積層方向に積層され、隣り合うコアプレート間にオイル流路と冷却水流路とが交互に形成されたコア部と、このコア部の端面を形成するコアプレートであるエンドプレートに固定され、上記コアプレートよりも厚肉なベースプレートと、を有し、これらのコアプレート及びベースプレートが一体にロウ付けされるオイルクーラであって、
上記ベースプレートにコア部側へ張り出した複数の突起部が形成されるとともに、これら突起部がそれぞれ嵌合する複数の嵌合部がエンドプレートに形成されることを特徴とするオイルクーラ。 - 上記エンドプレートが他のコアプレートよりも厚肉に形成され、上記嵌合部がエンドプレートに貫通形成され、上記突起部が、上記嵌合部を通して、上記エンドプレートに隣接するコアプレートにロウ付けにより接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルクーラ。
- 上記コアプレートには、隣接するコアプレートにロウ付けされる多数のエンボス部が突出形成されており、
上記エンドプレートのコア部内方へ突出するエンボス部の幾つかが上記嵌合部として機能することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルクーラ。
