Abstract
【解決手段】シート部材A及びシート部材Bを成形ドラムに巻き付けて円筒体を成形する工程を有し、シート部材Aを形成する材料aのタック値が、シート部材Bを形成する材料bのタック値よりも小さくなるように組み合わせ、かつシート部材Aの外周にシート部材Bを予め積層した積層体Mを成形ドラム10に巻き付けると共に、シート部材Aの長さを、成形ドラム10に対する巻き始め端部Asと巻き終わり端部Aeとが重ならない長さにし、かつシート部材Bの長さを少なくとも巻き終わり端部Beを、シート部材Aの巻き終わり端部Aeよりも周方向に長く延在させることにより、シート部材Bの巻き始め端部Bsの外径側に巻き終わり端部Beを重ね合わせて接合することを特徴とする。

Claims (16)
- シート部材A及びシート部材Bを成形ドラムに巻き付けて円筒体を成形する工程を有する空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、前記シート部材Aを形成する材料aのタック値が、前記シート部材Bを形成する材料bのタック値よりも小さくなるように組み合わせ、かつ前記シート部材Aの外周にシート部材Bを予め積層した積層体を前記成形ドラムに巻き付けると共に、前記シート部材Aの長さを、前記成形ドラムに対する巻き始め端部と巻き終わり端部とが重ならない長さにし、かつ前記シート部材Bの長さを少なくとも巻き終わり端部を、シート部材Aの巻き終わり端部よりも周方向に長く延在させることにより、前記シート部材Bの巻き始め端部の外径側に巻き終わり端部を重ね合わせて接合することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記積層体を複数重ね合わせて前記成形ドラムに巻き付けると共に、それぞれの積層体における接合部が、径方向に重なり合わないように配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記積層体を複数重ね合わせて前記成形ドラムに巻き付けると共に、それぞれの積層体におけるシート部材Aの端部を、互いにタイヤ周長の10%以上離れるように配置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記材料aが、熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーを含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物であり、前記熱可塑性樹脂が連続相、前記エラストマーが分散相であることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーからなり、前記熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーの合計を100重量%としたとき、前記熱可塑性エラストマーが50〜85重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリビニル系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記材料bが、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1つからなるゴム組成物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記積層体の周方向端部が、タイヤ周方向に対し10°〜85°の角度で傾斜するように成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤその製造方法。
- 前記シート部材Bの巻き始め端部を、シート部材Aの巻き始め端部よりも周方向に長く延在させることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記シート部材Bの外周に、巻き始め端部と巻き終わり端部の接合部を覆うように帯状部材を貼り付けると共に、該帯状部材を構成する材料cの25℃における20%伸長時引張応力が、前記材料aの25℃における20%伸長時引張応力の1〜3倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記成形ドラムが、ドラム表面の一部に前記シート部材Aを吸着する機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記シート部材Aが、インナーライナーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記積層体を成形ドラムに巻き付け、その外周にカーカス層を巻き付けるとき、前記積層体の接合部と前記カーカス層の接合部が径方向に重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記シート部材Aを二軸延伸処理した後に、その外周にシート部材Bを積層させることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法により得られた空気入りタイヤ。
