Claims (14)
- 密封パッケージ(2)内に配置され且つ第1電極(3)と第2電極(4)との間に配置されたセパレータ(8)を含んでなる積層体(9)から形成される少なくとも1つの電気化学セル(1)を含んでなり、前記セパレータ(8)には、リチウム塩、ビニルエチレンカーボネートおよび式C+A−のイオン液(式中、C+はカチオンを表し、A−はアニオンを表す)の混合物を含んでなるイオン液体電解質(5)を含浸させてあり、前記第1電極(3)は電気化学的に活性な材料およびポリマー系バインダを含むリチウム蓄電池であって、
前記ポリマーがポリアクリル酸(PAA)およびスルホン化パーフルオロポリマーから選択されることを特徴とするリチウム蓄電池。 - 前記バインダがポリアクリル酸(PAA)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)が、1100000g・mol−1以上であり厳密に3000000g・mol−1未満の平均分子量を有し、また前記第1電極(3)の総重量に対する前記電気化学的に活性な材料の割合が90重量%以上〜100%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1および2の一方に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)の平均分子量が1250000〜2000000g・mol−1であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)の平均分子量が1250000g・mol−1であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記電気化学的に活性な材料がリチウムLi+挿入材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記第1電極(3)が、90重量%を超える前記電気化学的に活性な材料および4重量%の前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)または4重量%未満の前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)を含んでなり、前記割合が前記電極(3)の総重量に対して計算したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記第1電極(3)が、94重量%を超える前記電気化学的に活性な材料および3重量%未満の前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)を含んでなり、前記割合が前記電極(3)の総重量に対して計算したものであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記第1電極(3)が3%未満の電子伝導体を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項7および8の一方に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記セパレータ(8)がグラスファイバ系多孔質膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記第2電極(4)がリチウムおよび炭素から選択される材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記パッケージ(2)が、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)およびポリアリールエーテルケトン類(PAEKs)から選択される材料を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記パッケージ(2)が、少なくとも1枚のポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)シートから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記ポリアリールエーテルケトンがポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の蓄電池。
