Description
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)が配置された管(8)を内側から加圧し、これにより、前記管(8)を塑性変形させ、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)の脚部に当て付けることを特徴とする、スピンドル駆動装置(14)のためのスピンドル(1)を作製するための方法。
- 前記管(8)および前記少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)を工具(4)に挿入し、該工具(4)を閉鎖し、前記管(8)を内側から加圧し、これにより、該管(8)を塑性変形させ、少なくとも1つの前記螺旋(2)の脚部に当て付ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記螺旋(2)を管(8)に配置する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記螺旋(2)に、該螺旋の長さにわたって変化する傾斜を設ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硬化された鋼から前記螺旋(2)を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記螺旋(2)に凹部を設ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 螺旋(2)を管(8)の内部に配置し、該管(8)を外側から加圧し、これにより、前記管(8)を塑性変形させ、外側から前記螺旋(2)に当て付けることを特徴とする、スピンドル(1)の作製方法。
- 前記管(8)を外側から加圧する場合に、前記螺旋(2)をコアで支持する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- スピンドルを備えるローラねじ駆動装置において、
スピンドル(1)が少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)および管(8)を備え、該管(8)が、内部高圧成形によって内側から少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)の脚部に圧着成形されており、ローラねじ駆動装置(14)が、前記螺旋(2)で転動する少なくとも1つの駆動ローラ(19)を備えることを特徴とする、スピンドルを備えるローラねじ駆動装置。 - 前記ローラねじ駆動装置(14)が、3つの前記駆動ローラ(19)を備える、請求項9に記載のローラねじ駆動装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記駆動ローラ(19)が、前記スピンドル(1)を同軸的に包囲するリング(17)に回動可能に支承されており、該リング(17)が少なくとも3つのセンタリングローラ(20)を備え、該センタリングローラ(20)が、周囲にわたって分配して配置されており、前記スピンドル(1)の周囲で転動する、請求項9に記載のローラねじ駆動装置。
- 前記ローラねじ駆動装置(14)が、軸線方向ばねおよび回転防止装置として金属ベローズ(26)を備える、請求項9に記載のローラねじ駆動装置。
- 電動モータと、該電動モータによって駆動可能であり、スピンドル(1)を備えるローラねじ駆動装置(14)とを有する電気機械式ブレーキブースタにおいて、
前記スピンドル(1)が、少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)および管(8)を備え、該管(8)が、内部高圧成形によって内側から前記少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)の脚部に圧着成形されており、前記ローラねじ駆動装置(14)が、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)で転動する少なくとも1つの駆動ローラ(19)を備えることを特徴とする、電気機械式ブレーキブースタ。 - 電気機械式パワーステアリングのためのステアリングギアであって、前記電気機械式パワーステアリングが、前記ステアリングギアを駆動するための電動モータを備え、前記ステアリングギアが、電動モータによって駆動可能な、スピンドル(1)を有するローラねじ駆動装置(14)を備えるステアリングギアにおいて、
前記スピンドル(1)が、少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)および管(8)を備え、該管(8)が、内部高圧成形によって内側から前記少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)の脚部に圧着成形されており、前記ローラねじ駆動装置(14)が、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋(2)で転動する少なくとも1つの駆動ローラ(19)を備えることを特徴とする、電気機械式パワーステアリングのためのステアリングギア。
