Abstract
【解決手段】焼ならし処理後のステンレスクラッド鋼板の合せ材が、質量%で、C:0.03%以下、Si:1.5%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、P:0.04%以下、S:0.03%以下、Ni:22.0〜25.0%、Cr:21.0〜25.0%、Mo:2.0〜5.0%、N:0.15〜0.25%で残部がFe及び不可避的不純物を含有し、
ASTMに規定する孔食発生臨界温度(CPT)が45℃以上であり、かつNORSOK STANDARDに規定する腐食試験による前記合せ材の溶接部の腐食量が1.0g/m2以下であることを特徴とする耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板の合せ材及びこれを用いたステンレスクラッド鋼板。

Description
Cは耐食性、特に溶接熱影響部の耐食性の観点から低いほど好ましく、0.03%以下に制限する必要がある。好ましくは0.020%以下である。
Siは脱酸のため0.02%以上必要であるが、1.5%を超えると熱間加工性を著しく阻害するため、1.5%以下とする。好ましくは、0.60%以下である。
Mnは脱酸のため0.02%以上必要であるが、2.0%を超えると耐食性を劣化させるため2.0%以下とする。好ましくは、0.60%以下である。
P、Sは熱間加工性の観点から低いほど好ましくPが0.04%、Sが0.03%を超えると熱間加工性が損なわれるため、Pは0.04%以下、Sは0.03%以下とする。好ましくは、Pは0.03%以下、Sは0.01%以下である。
Niはオーステナイト相の安定性の観点から、主にCrおよびMoとのバランスにより、22.0%以上必要である。一方、経済性および高Ni化に伴う熱間変形抵抗の増大を考慮して25.0%以下とする。なお、オーステナイト相の安定性と経済性の両立の観点から、22.0〜24.5%の範囲が好適であり、22.5〜24.0%の範囲が更に好適である。
Crは耐孔食性、耐隙間腐食性向上のために有効であり、21.0%以上必要とする。一方、25.0%を超えると合せ材として製造する際およびクラッド圧延時やその冷却時にσ相の析出が著しく促進され、耐食性および熱間加工性が阻害されてしまうため、Crの含有量は21.0〜25.0%の範囲とする。なお、耐孔食性、耐隙間腐食性の向上とσ相析出抑制の観点から、21.0〜24.0%の範囲が好適であり、22.0〜23.5%の範囲がさらに好適である。
Moは耐孔食性、耐隙間腐食性向上のため有効であり、2.0%以上とする。一方、5.0%を超えると合せ材として製造する際およびクラッド圧延時やその冷却時にσ相の析出が著しく促進され、耐食性および熱間加工性が阻害されてしまうため、Mo量は、2.0〜5.0%の範囲とする。なお、耐孔食性、耐隙間腐食性の向上とσ相析出抑制の観点から、2.0〜4.5%の範囲が好適であり、2.5〜3.5%の範囲がさらに好適である。
Nは耐食性を高める効果があり、その効果を得るため0.15%以上とする。一方、0.25%を超えると他成分の含有量の関係から含有させることが困難となるため、N量は0.15〜0.25%の範囲とする。より好ましくは、0.18〜0.22%の範囲である。
Bは耐食性、熱間加工性向上のため有効であり、その効果を得るには0.0010%以上の含有が好ましい。一方、0.0055%を超えると耐食性、熱間加工性が劣化する。よって、Bを含有する場合は、B量は0.0010〜0.0055%の範囲とすることが好ましい。より好適には、0.0015〜0.0035%の範囲である。
析出物中のCrが質量%で0.5%以下としたのは、0.5%を超えると耐孔食性が劣化するからである。さらに0.3%以下であることが耐孔食性の観点から好ましい。
表1に示す成分組成からなるオ−ステナイト系ステンレス鋼とSS400成分系の鋼材(以下、「普通鋼」と略す場合がある。)を用いた。母材として板厚が150mmのSS400系の鋼材、合せ材として板厚13mmのオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、合せ材表面に犠牲材として26mmの普通鋼を組み合せて、厚みが(150+13+26)mmのスラブに組み立てた。
6%FeCl3+1%HCL溶液中、5℃間隔、24時間で浸漬試験を行った。浸漬試験を3回行い、発生した孔食のうちの最大孔食深さが0.025mmに達した場合は不合格とした。3回とも孔食が発生しなかった場合は合格とし、不合格であった場合の最高温度をCPT(℃)とした。なお、CPTが45℃以上を良好と評価した。さらに好ましくは50℃以上である。
6%FeCl3溶液中、40℃、24時間で浸漬試験を行った。浸漬試験後の重量減少から腐食量を求めた。腐食量の目標値は1.0g/m2以下、好ましくは0.8g/m2以下である。
Claims (6)
- 焼ならし処理後のステンレスクラッド鋼板の合せ材が、質量%で、C:0.03%以下、Si:1.5%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、P:0.04%以下、S:0.03%以下、Ni:22.0〜25.0%、Cr:21.0〜25.0%、Mo:2.0〜5.0%、N:0.15〜0.25%で残部がFe及び不可避的不純物を含有し、ASTM G48−03 Method Eに規定する孔食発生臨界温度(CPT)が45℃以上であり、
かつNORSOK STANDARD M−601に規定する腐食試験による前記合せ材の溶接部の腐食量が1.0g/m2以下であることを特徴とする耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板の合せ材。 - さらに、合せ材が、質量%で、B:0.0010〜0.0055%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板の合せ材。
- 前記合せ材の析出物は、10体積%アセチルアセトン―1質量%塩化テトラメチルアンモニウム―メタノールを用いた定電流電解法により抽出され、前記析出物中のCrが質量%で0.5%以下で、かつMoが質量%で0.3%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板の合せ材。
- さらに、前記合せ材の表面のσ(シグマ)相の析出量が面積率で2.0%以下であることを請求項1乃至3の何れかに特徴とする記載の耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板の合せ材。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の合せ材と炭素鋼または低合金鋼を母材とする、全厚が30mm以上100mm以下である耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板。
- 請求項5に記載の耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板を製造するに際し、犠牲材を用い、圧下比を5以上とする熱間圧延を行い、その後850〜950℃に加熱し、空冷する焼ならし処理をすることを特徴とする耐海水腐食性に優れたステンレスクラッド鋼板の製造方法。
