上記計算式で算出される第1膨隆率が1%〜100%の範囲であるとともに、
前記第2絶縁フィルム12の第2膨隆部12aの最大厚さを「V」(mm)とし、前記第2絶縁フィルム12の第2平坦部12b(第2絶縁フィルム12における、金属板2の幅方向の中間部に対応する位置)の厚さを「W」(mm)としたとき、
第2膨隆率(%)={(V−W)/W}×100
上記計算式で算出される第2膨隆率が1%〜100%の範囲である構成が採用されるのが好ましい。
1)フッ素樹脂:熱膨張率3.0×10-4℃、熱伝導率0.2W/m・K、比熱1600J/kg・K
2)シリコーンゴム:熱膨張率1.6×10-4℃、熱伝導率0.23W/m・K、比熱1650J/kg・K。
凹み率(%)={深さD/(金属板の厚さ×0.5+絶縁フィルムの厚さ×0.5)}×100
上記計算式で算出される凹み率が5%〜100%の範囲になるように設定されるのが好ましい。なお、前記式中、絶縁フィルムの厚さは、上下の2枚の合計厚さである。
厚さ200μmの銅板の表面に厚さ2μmのニッケルメッキが施されてなる金属板(長さ50mm×幅50mm)2、および長さ70mm×幅10mm×厚さ100μmの樹脂製絶縁フィルム11、12を2枚準備する(図4参照)。
熱プレス時における、加熱加圧具の温度を210℃、加熱加圧具による加圧圧力を1000N、熱プレス時間を7秒に設定した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、図3に示す構成のタブリード1を得た。
熱プレス時における、加熱加圧具の温度を240℃、加熱加圧具による加圧圧力を1000N、熱プレス時間を7秒に設定した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、図3に示す構成のタブリード1を得た。
熱プレス時における、加熱加圧具の温度を160℃、加熱加圧具による加圧圧力を1000N、熱プレス時間を7秒に設定した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、タブリードを得た。
タブリード1の両面に、外装体50を重ね合わせた状態で、ヒートシール温度220℃、加圧圧力1.5kN、時間15秒でヒートシールする(図9参照)。前記外装体50として、厚さ40μmのアルミニウム箔(金属層)52の一方の面に厚さ20μmの2軸延伸ナイロンフィルム(外側層)53が積層され、前記アルミニウム箔の他方の面に厚さ40μmの未延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(内側層)51が積層されてなる外装フィルムを用いる。なお、外装体をヒートシールする際の前記条件は、一般的な条件よりも厳しい条件である。

Claims (10)
- 金属板の長さ方向の一部の領域の一方の面に樹脂製の第1絶縁フィルムが接着され、前記一部の領域の他方の面に樹脂製の第2絶縁フィルムが接着され、前記第1絶縁フィルムの両端部と前記第2絶縁フィルムの両端部とが相互に溶着一体化されてなり、
前記第1絶縁フィルムにおける、前記金属板の幅方向の両端及びその近傍に対応する領域に厚さ方向の外方に突出する第1膨隆部が形成され、
前記第2絶縁フィルムにおける、前記金属板の幅方向の両端及びその近傍に対応する領域に厚さ方向の外方に突出する第2膨隆部が形成されていることをことを特徴とするタブリード。 - 前記第1絶縁フィルムの第1膨隆部の最大厚さを「X」(μm)とし、前記第1絶縁フィルムにおける、前記金属板の幅方向の中間部に対応する位置の厚さを「Y」(μm)としたとき、
第1膨隆率(%)={(X−Y)/Y}×100
上記計算式で算出される第1膨隆率が1%〜100%の範囲であり、
前記第2絶縁フィルムの第2膨隆部の最大厚さを「V」(μm)とし、前記第2絶縁フィルムにおける、前記金属板の幅方向の中間部に対応する位置の厚さを「W」(μm)としたとき、
第2膨隆率(%)={(V−W)/W}×100
上記計算式で算出される第2膨隆率が1%〜100%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタブリード。 - 100μm≦Y≦250μmの関係式および100μm≦W≦250μmの関係式が成立する請求項2に記載のタブリード。
- 前記第1膨隆部の頂点の位置は、該第1膨隆部に対応する前記金属板の端縁よりも幅方向の外方にあり、前記第2膨隆部の頂点の位置は、該第2膨隆部に対応する前記金属板の端縁よりも幅方向の外方にある請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタブリード。
- 金属板の長さ方向の一部の領域を被覆するように該金属板の上下両面にそれぞれ樹脂製の絶縁フィルムを重ね合わせた状態でこれらを上下一対の加熱加圧具で挟み込んで熱プレスすることによってタブリードを製造する方法において、
前記加熱加圧具として、
硬質体と、該硬質体における前記絶縁フィルムとの当接側の面に積層されたゴム硬度が20度〜95度の樹脂シート体とを備えた加熱加圧具を用いることを特徴とするタブリードの製造方法。 - 前記熱プレス時において、前記加熱加圧具の温度が170℃〜250℃であり、前記加熱加圧具による加圧圧力が700N〜3000Nであり、熱プレス時間が3秒〜15秒である請求項5に記載のタブリードの製造方法。
- 金属板の長さ方向の一部の領域を被覆するように該金属板の上下両面にそれぞれ樹脂製の絶縁フィルムを重ね合わせた状態でこれらを上下一対の加熱加圧具で挟み込んで熱プレスすることによってタブリードを製造する方法において、
前記加熱加圧具として、
硬質体と、該硬質体における前記絶縁フィルムとの当接側の面に積層された樹脂シート体と備え、前記樹脂シート体の表面における前記金属板の幅方向の両端及びその近傍に対応する領域に膨隆部形成用凹陥部が設けられてなる加熱加圧具を用いることを特徴とするタブリードの製造方法。 - 金属板の長さ方向の一部の領域を被覆するように該金属板の上下両面にそれぞれ樹脂製の絶縁フィルムを重ね合わせた状態でこれらを上下一対の加熱加圧具で挟み込んで熱プレスすることによってタブリードを製造する方法において、
前記加熱加圧具として、
硬質体を備え、該硬質体の前記絶縁フィルムとの当接面における前記金属板の幅方向の両端及びその近傍に対応する領域に膨隆部形成用凹陥部が設けられてなる加熱加圧具を用いることを特徴とするタブリードの製造方法。 - 金属板の長さ方向の一部の領域を被覆するように該金属板の上下両面にそれぞれ樹脂製の絶縁フィルムを重ね合わせた状態でこれらを上下一対の加熱加圧具で挟み込んで熱プレスすることによってタブリードを製造する方法において、
前記加熱加圧具として、
硬質体と、該硬質体における前記絶縁フィルムとの当接側の面に積層された樹脂シート体と備え、前記硬質体の前記当接側の面における前記金属板の幅方向の両端及びその近傍に対応する領域に膨隆部形成用凹陥部が設けられ、前記樹脂シート体の一部が、前記硬質体の膨隆部形成用凹陥部内に埋入一体化されてなる加熱加圧具を用いることを特徴とするタブリードの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂シート体のゴム硬度が20度〜95度である請求項7または9に記載のタブリードの製造方法。
