Abstract
【解決手段】端子リード1に絶縁樹脂フィルム2を真空中で溶着する。

Description
長さ50mm、幅50mm及び厚さ0.2mmの端子リード1と、幅10mm、長さ70mm及び厚さ0.1mmの2枚の絶縁樹脂フィルム構成片2a、2aとを準備した。また、上下一対の溶着ヘッド11、11を備えた熱溶着装置10を準備した。
雰囲気圧力として大気圧中で絶縁樹脂フィルム2を端子リード1に溶着した。その他の溶着条件は上記実施例と同じである。
実施例及び比較例で得られた絶縁樹脂フィルム2付き端子リード1を目視にて観察して気泡20の発生の有無を調べるとともに、これを図4に示したY−Y線で切断しその切断面を顕微鏡等にて観察してトンネリング21の発生の有無を調べた。その結果を溶着条件と共に表1に示す。

Claims (2)
- 端子リードに絶縁樹脂フィルムを真空中で溶着することを特徴とする絶縁樹脂フィルム付き端子リードの製造方法。
- 端子リードに絶縁樹脂フィルムを真空中で溶着することにより絶縁樹脂フィルム付き端子リードを得る工程を含むことを特徴とする電気化学デバイスの製造方法。
