Abstract
【解決手段】
平面コイル素子10およびその製造方法においては、扁平状または針状の第1の金属磁性粉30を含む金属磁性粉含有樹脂20に、第1の金属磁性粉30の平均粒径(32μm)よりも小さい平均粒径(1μm)を有する第2の金属磁性粉32が含まれているために、金属磁性粉含有樹脂20の粘度が有意に低下している。そのため、コイル部19を囲うように塗布形成される際に金属磁性粉含有樹脂20が扱い易く、平面コイル素子10の製造の容易化が図られている。

Description
図9、10は、第2の金属磁性粉30の平均アスペクト比に対する粘度の傾向を調べるために、発明者らがおこなった実験の結果である。この実験では、平均粒径が異なる3種の第1の金属磁性粉(パーマロイ)それぞれに、低い平均アスペクト比(1.2)と高い平均アスペクト比(2.8)の第2の金属磁性粉(カルボニル鉄)とを加えたサンプル1〜6を準備し、それぞれのサンプルにおいて4つの回転数(1、2.5、5、10)における粘度を測定した。
図11は、第2の金属磁性粉の平均粒径の好適な範囲を求めるために、発明者らがおこなった実験の結果である。この実験では、第2の金属磁性粉の平均粒径が異なる3つのサンプル(サンプルA、サンプルB、サンプルC)において4つの回転数(1、2.5、5、10)における粘度を測定した。
Claims (6)
- 基板と、前記基板上に設けられた平面コイル用の導体パターンとを有するコイル部と、
前記コイル部を囲うように塗布形成される金属磁性粉含有樹脂と、
前記金属磁性粉含有樹脂に含まれる扁平状または針状の第1の金属磁性粉と、
前記金属磁性粉含有樹脂に含まれ、前記第1の金属磁性粉の平均粒径よりも小さい平均粒径を有する第2の金属磁性粉と
を備える、平面コイル素子。 - 前記第2の金属磁性粉の平均アスペクト比が1.0〜1.5である、請求項1に記載の平面コイル素子。
- 前記第2の金属磁性粉の平均粒径が1〜4μmである、請求項1又は2に記載の平面コイル素子。
- 基板と、前記基板上に設けられた平面コイル用の導体パターンとを有するコイル部を準備する工程と、
扁平状または針状の第1の金属磁性粉と、前記第1の金属磁性粉の平均粒径よりも小さい平均粒径を有する第2の金属磁性粉とを含む金属磁性粉含有樹脂ペーストを準備する工程と、
前記金属磁性粉含有樹脂ペーストを前記コイル部を囲うように塗布し、硬化させる工程と
を含む、平面コイル素子の製造方法。 - 前記第2の金属磁性粉の平均アスペクト比が1.0〜1.5である、請求項4に記載の平面コイル素子の製造方法。
- 前記第2の金属磁性粉の平均粒径が1〜4μmである、請求項4又は5に記載の平面コイル素子の製造方法。
