Description
New Yorkから市販のUVITEX(R)OB(2,5−チオフェンジイルビス(5−tert−ブチル−1,3−ベンゾオキサゾール)である。
積層板のカールに対する種々の材料及び工程因子の影響を定量的に決定するために一連の実験を実施した。従って、単層の薄い芯の積層板を調製し、カールの量を測定した。カール現象には多数の寄与因子が存在するが、銅箔の引っ張り強さが最大の影響を有することが発見された。より低い引っ張り強さをもつ銅箔は4mil(0.1mm)以下の薄い芯構造において約50%だけカールを有意に減少することが発見された。この変化は他のあまり有意ではない工程因子を調和して、最新の製造システムに平易に導入することができる。

プレスは入れ子因子(nesting factor)であるので、2種のプレス間に直接実施することができる唯一の分析は工程の結果としての相対的なカールの寄与を示す分散分析(ANOVA)であった。この場合は、熱上昇がパラメーターである。

P1はプレス1であり、P2はプレス2である。
双方のプレス中で製造された積層板に対し、積層板及び個々のパネルに対するカールの変動性により示される時の全体的工程の変動はカールに対する有意な寄与を示す。これは主要因子のプロットに対するカールの大きな変動により示される。モデルはプレス1に対して総変動の67パーセント(より早い熱上昇)そしてプレス2の総変動の69パーセント(より遅い熱上昇)の原因であった。
双方のプレスで製造された積層板につき、積層板及び個々のパネルに対するカールの変動性により示される時の全体的工程の変動は有意な寄与物であった。これは主要因子のプロット上のカールの大きい変動により示される(図1〜4)。モデルはプレス1に対し総変動の81パーセント(より早い熱上昇)、そしてプレス2の総変動の77パーセント(より遅い熱上昇)の原因であった。
Claims (7)
- 熱硬化性樹脂及び芯材料を含んでなるプリプレグ及び、プリプレグの少なくとも片面に結合された銅箔を含んでなり、ここで該銅箔は1oz(約35μm)又は0.5oz(約18μm)の銅箔であって20℃で測定して42ksi(約2952.6kg/cm2)以上で47ksi(約3304.1kg/cm2)未満の引っ張り強さをもち、該芯材料は4ミル(約0.10mm)以下の厚さを有する銅張り積層板。
- 銅箔が45ksi(約3163.5kg/cm2)未満の引っ張り強さを有する請求項1の銅張り積層板。
- 熱硬化性樹脂がハイモジュラス樹脂である請求項1の積層板。
- 熱硬化性樹脂がFR4樹脂である請求項1の積層板。
- 芯材料がガラス繊維、不織ガラス布及び紙からなる群から選択される請求項1の積層板。
- 積層板が両面に銅箔が張り付けられた1枚のプリプレグを含んでなる請求項1の積層板。
- 銅箔が42ksi(約2952.6kg/cm2)以上で45ksi(約3163.5kg/cm2)未満の引っ張り強さを有する請求項1の銅張り積層板。
