Abstract
【解決手段】端子が接続された被覆電線の端子接続部のインサート成形による保護方法において、前記端子接続部を金型内に導入する前に前記被覆電線の該端子接続部側とは反対の端部をアースする被覆電線の端子接続部のインサート成形による保護方法。

Description
図1(a)に端子1の側面図、上面図をそれぞれモデル的に示す。端子1には接続用孔1a1が設けられた接続板部1aと、圧着片1b1と電線固定片1b2とが設けられた電線圧着部1bと、が設けられている。
まず、樹脂で保護する一端の端子接続部付近にオレフィン系のプライマ剤を塗布するプライマ処理を行った。

Claims (2)
- 端子が接続された被覆電線の端子接続部のインサート成形による保護方法において、
前記端子接続部を金型内に導入する前に前記被覆電線の該端子接続部側とは反対の端部をアースすることを特徴とする、被覆電線の端子接続部のインサート成形による保護方法。 - 前記反対の端部のアース接続をインサート成形が終了するまで継続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆電線の端子接続部のインサート成形による保護方法。
