Abstract
【解決手段】スロットルバルブ23aの開閉により燃料供給量が制御され、駆動軸35に動力を出力可能なエンジン20と、エンジン20の動力により発電を行う発電機32と、駆動軸35に動力を出力可能な電動機と、エンジン20からの排気をマニホールド23に供給するEGR装置27と、エンジン20から駆動軸35への動力を伝達・非伝達に切替可能なクラッチ31bと、EGR装置27による排気のマニホールド23への供給を行う前後のマニホールド23内部の圧力変化を測定する圧力センサ28と、シリーズモードであって、スロットルバルブ23aの開度が一定となる条件が成立した時に、圧力センサ28を用いてEGR装置27の異常診断を行う。

Claims (4)
- スロットルバルブの開閉により燃料供給量が制御され、駆動輪に連結された駆動軸及び発電機に駆動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、
前記発電機により発電された電力を蓄電する蓄電池と、
前記発電機又は前記蓄電池からの電力によって駆動され、前記駆動軸に駆動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記内燃機関からの排気を該内燃機関の吸気系に供給する排気供給手段と、
前記内燃機関から前記駆動軸への駆動力伝達を断切するクラッチ機構と、
前記吸気系の圧力を測定する圧力測定手段と、
前記クラッチ機構により前記内燃機関から前記駆動軸への駆動力伝達が遮断されると共に前記スロットルバルブが開いて燃料供給が行われている際に、前記圧力測定手段の測定結果に基づいて前記排気供給手段の異常診断を行う故障診断手段とを備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 前記スロットルバルブが所定時間以上開いている時に前記異常診断を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記スロットルバルブが開いて前記発電機が発電している時に前記異常診断を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- スロットルバルブの開閉により燃料供給量が制御され、駆動輪に連結された駆動軸及び発電機に駆動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、前記発電機により発電された電力を蓄電する蓄電池と、前記発電機又は前記蓄電池からの電力によって駆動され、前記駆動軸に駆動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記内燃機関からの排気を該内燃機関の吸気系に供給する排気供給手段と、前記内燃機関から前記駆動軸への駆動力伝達を断切するクラッチ機構と、前記吸気系の圧力を測定する圧力測定手段とを有する内燃機関の排気還流装置故障診断方法において、
前記クラッチ機構により前記内燃機関から前記駆動軸への駆動力伝達が遮断されると共に前記スロットルバルブが開いて燃料供給が行われている際に前記排気供給手段の故障診断を実効するか否かを判断する診断開始判断工程と、
前記診断開始判断工程により、前記排気供給手段の故障診断を実効すると判断された場合に、前記圧力測定手段の測定結果に基づいて前記排気供給手段の異常診断を行う故障診断工程とを備えていることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気還流装置故障診断方法。
