Description
内燃機関と電動機とを有し、該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って駆動軸に動力を出力する駆動装置と、
大気圧を検出する大気圧検出手段と、
前記内燃機関の吸入空気の圧力である吸気圧を検出する吸気圧検出手段と、
吸気圧が大気圧に略等しいと想定される等圧状態のときであって前記大気圧検出手段により検出された大気圧である検出大気圧と前記吸気圧検出手段により検出された吸気圧である検出吸気圧との差である検出値差が所定値より大きい非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が第1の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常の可能性を判定する異常可能性判定手段と、
前記非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が前記第1の所定時間より長い第2の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常を確定する異常確定手段と、
前記異常可能性判定手段により検出値差の異常の可能性が判定されると共に前記異常確定手段により検出値差の異常が確定されない異常可能性状態であることが確認されたときには、システムの起動停止指示がなされた以降で次回に前記内燃機関が始動される前に前記非通常状態が前記第2の所定時間以上継続するか否かを判定する非通常状態継続判定手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と電動機とを有し該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って駆動軸に動力を出力する駆動装置と、大気圧を検出する大気圧検出手段と、前記内燃機関の吸入空気の圧力である吸気圧を検出する吸気圧検出手段と、を備える駆動システムの制御方法であって、
(a)吸気圧が大気圧に略等しいと想定される等圧状態のときであって前記大気圧検出手段により検出された大気圧である検出大気圧と前記吸気圧検出手段により検出された吸気圧である検出吸気圧との差である検出値差が所定値より大きい非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が第1の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常の可能性を判定し、
(b)前記非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が前記第1の所定時間より長い第2の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常を確定し、
(c)前記検出値差の異常の可能性が判定されると共に該検出値差の異常が確定されない異常可能性状態であることが確認されたときには、システムの起動停止指示がなされた以降で次回に前記内燃機関が始動される前に前記非通常状態が前記第2の所定時間以上継続するか否かを判定する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関と電動機とを有し、該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って駆動軸に動力を出力する駆動装置と、
大気圧を検出する大気圧検出手段と、
前記内燃機関の吸入空気の圧力である吸気圧を検出する吸気圧検出手段と、
吸気圧が大気圧に略等しいと想定される等圧状態のときであって前記大気圧検出手段により検出された大気圧である検出大気圧と前記吸気圧検出手段により検出された吸気圧である検出吸気圧との差である検出値差が所定値より大きい非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が第1の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常の可能性を判定する異常可能性判定手段と、
前記非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が前記第1の所定時間より長い第2の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常を確定する異常確定手段と、
前記異常可能性判定手段により検出値差の異常の可能性が判定されると共に前記異常確定手段により検出値差の異常が確定されない異常可能性状態であることが確認されたときには、システムの起動停止指示がなされた以降で次回に前記内燃機関が始動される前に前記非通常状態が前記第2の所定時間以上継続するか否かを判定する非通常状態継続判定手段と、
を備える駆動システム。 - 前記非通常状態継続判定手段は、前記異常可能性状態であることが確認されたときには、前記システムの起動停止後に該システムの起動指示がなされたときに、該システムを起動する前に前記非通常状態が前記第2の所定時間以上継続するか否かを判定する手段である請求項1記載の駆動システム。
- 前記非通常状態継続判定手段は、前記異常可能性状態であることが確認されたときには、前記システムを起動停止する際に前記非通常状態が前記第2の所定時間以上継続するか否かを判定する手段である請求項1記載の駆動システム。
- 前記非通常状態継続判定手段は、前記異常可能性状態が所定回数以上生じたときに該異常可能性状態であることが確認されたとする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記等圧状態は、第3の所定時間以上に亘って前記内燃機関が回転停止している回転停止継続状態または第4の所定時間以上に亘って前記内燃機関のスロットル開度が所定の高開度範囲内である高開度継続状態である請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記所定値は、前記回転停止継続状態のときに比して前記高開度継続状態のときに大きな値が設定される請求項5記載の駆動システム。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の駆動システムであって、
前記駆動装置は、蓄電手段と、前記蓄電手段が接続された低電圧系と前記電動機の駆動回路が接続された高電圧系とに接続され前記高電圧系の電圧を調整する高電圧系電圧調整手段と、を備える装置であり、
前記異常確定手段により検出値差の異常が確定されていないときには前記高電圧系の電圧が前記検出大気圧に基づく電圧となるよう前記高電圧系電圧調整手段を制御し、前記異常確定手段により検出値差の異常が確定されたときには前記高電圧系の電圧が該検出値差の異常が確定されていないときに比して小さな電圧となるよう前記高電圧系電圧調整手段を制御する昇圧制御手段を備える、
駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置は、前記駆動軸に接続されると共に該駆動軸とは独立に回転可能に前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記駆動軸と前記出力軸とに動力を入出力可能な電力動力入出力手段を備える装置である請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、動力を入出力する発電機と、前記駆動軸と前記出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、を備える手段である請求項8記載の駆動システム。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の駆動システムを搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる車両。
- 内燃機関と電動機とを有し該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って駆動軸に動力を出力する駆動装置と、大気圧を検出する大気圧検出手段と、前記内燃機関の吸入空気の圧力である吸気圧を検出する吸気圧検出手段と、を備える駆動システムの制御方法であって、
(a)吸気圧が大気圧に略等しいと想定される等圧状態のときであって前記大気圧検出手段により検出された大気圧である検出大気圧と前記吸気圧検出手段により検出された吸気圧である検出吸気圧との差である検出値差が所定値より大きい非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が第1の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常の可能性を判定し、
(b)前記非通常状態のとき、該非通常状態が前記第1の所定時間より長い第2の所定時間以上継続したときに該検出値差の異常を確定し、
(c)前記検出値差の異常の可能性が判定されると共に該検出値差の異常が確定されない異常可能性状態であることが確認されたときには、システムの起動停止指示がなされた以降で次回に前記内燃機関が始動される前に前記非通常状態が前記第2の所定時間以上継続するか否かを判定する、
