Description
なお、上述したトルク反力は、発電時にMG3によって発生される反力である。また、Tgは、通常Te、Tmと逆方向に作用するため、マイナスの値をとる。
トルク反力Tgと、釣合トルク反力Tgreqとを比較する。釣合トルク反力Tgreqとは、エンジン1に対して要求されるエンジン要求トルクTereqを出力するようにエンジン1が運転された状態で、この要求トルクTereqに対して釣り合う状態にあるMG3が発生するトルク反力である。以下、これについて詳述する。

ここで、始動時基本燃料噴射量TAUSTは、内燃機関の冷却水温THWと燃料性状とに応じて決定されるもので、この始動時基本燃料噴射量TAUSTを以下に説明する各種補正係数で補正して、最終的に始動時燃料噴射量TAUを得る。始動時基本燃料噴射量TAUSTは、マップとしてエンジンECU11内のROMに格納されている。

ここで、基本燃料噴射量TPは、内燃機関の吸入空気量Qと回転数NEとに応じて決定されるもので、この基本燃料噴射量TPを以下に説明する各種補正係数で補正して、最終的に始動後燃料噴射量TAUを得る。基本燃料噴射量TPは、マップとしてエンジンECU11内のROMに格納されている。
FWLOTP=(FLWB+FLWD)×KWL+FASE …(7)
暖機増量補正係数FWLBは、冷却水温THWと燃料性状とに応じて決定されるもので、マップとしてエンジンECU11内のROMに格納されている。暖機増量減衰係数FLWDは、暖機・高負荷補正係数FWLOTPによる増量分を徐々に減衰させるためのもので、燃料性状の影響を受けない係数である。

ここで、QMW−720とは、720°CA以前の燃料付着量である。また、回転数補正係数KNEは、回転数NEに応じて決定される補正係数である。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関により駆動されて電力を生成する発電機と、
前記発電機のトルク反力を検出するトルク検出手段と、
前記内燃機関の出力状態を検出する出力状態検出手段と、
前記発電機を制御することで前記内燃機関の回転数を制御する回転制御手段とを備えており、
前記内燃機関と前記発電機とが動力分割手段によって接続されており、
前記動力分割手段により、前記内燃機関の回転数と前記発電機の回転数と前記内燃機関の出力トルクと前記発電機のトルク反力とが所定の関係を満たしており、
前記出力状態検出手段が、前記回転制御手段による前記内燃機関の回転数制御中に、定常状態の場合には前記動力分割手段による所定の関係に基づいて前記内燃機関に対する要求トルクから閾値を算出し、過度状態の場合には前記動力分割手段による所定の関係に基づいて前記内燃機関の回転角速度と慣性モーメント、前記発電機の回転角速度と慣性モーメント及び前記内燃機関に対する要求トルクから閾値を算出し、当該算出された閾値と前記トルク検出手段によって検出された前記発電機のトルク反力との比較により前記内燃機関の出力状態を検出することを特徴とする内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。 - 前記出力状態検出手段が、前記内燃機関の燃焼状態を判定する燃焼状態判定手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。
- 前記内燃機関の機関回転数を検出する回転数検出手段をさらに備えており、前記燃焼状態判定手段は、前記内燃機関の燃焼状態の判定に際して前記機関回転数を参照することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。
- 前記内燃機関の機関回転数を検出する回転数検出手段をさらに備えており、
前記回転制御手段は、前記発電機を制御して前記内燃機関の回転数を所定領域に維持し、
前記回転制御手段が前記内燃機関の回転数制御を行なっていない前記内燃機関の自立運転状態の場合は、前記燃焼状態検出手段が、前記回転数検出手段によって検出された機関回転数を基にして前記内燃機関の燃焼状態を判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。 - 前記内燃機関の運転状態に影響を与える各種情報を検出する運転状態検出手段をさらに備えており、
前記燃焼状態判定手段は、前記運転状態検出手段によって検出された各種情報に応じて燃焼状態判定の際に用いる閾値を変更することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。 - 前記運転状態検出手段によって検出された各種情報が、大気圧、前記内燃機関の冷却水温、吸入空気量、機関回転数、空燃比、点火時期、燃料性状、前記発電機の発電電力、前記発電機を電動機として用いたときの出力のうちいずれか若しくはそれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。
- 前記回転制御手段は、前記発電機を制御して前記内燃機関の回転数を所定領域に維持し、
前記燃焼状態判定手段は、前記回転制御手段の制御量が所定量以上の場合には燃焼状態の判定を一時停止することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。 - 前記回転制御手段は、前記発電機の回転数をPID制御により制御しており、
前記燃焼状態判定手段は、前記PID制御のP成分の変化量が所定量以上の場合に前記回転制御手段の制御量が所定量以上であると判定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内燃機関の出力状態検出装置。
