Abstract
【解決手段】略筒形状の筐体12の内部空間に、略円柱形状の超音波発生器14をOリング80を介在して収容し、筐体12は一端部を有し、当該一端部において開口12bされた空間Sを画成し、超音波発生器14は該筐体12の一端部に画成された開口12bに向けて超音波を発生し、該空間Sにガスを供給するガス供給部、該空間Sの排気を行う吸引部を備えると共に、前記開口12bを囲むように筐体12の一端部に弾性を有するシール部材20を設ける。

Claims (8)
- 一端部を有し、該一端部において開口された空間を画成する筐体と、
前記筐体の前記一端部によって画成された開口に向けて超音波を発生する超音波発生器と、
前記空間にガスを供給するガス供給部と、
前記空間を排気する吸引部と、
弾性を有するシール部材であって前記開口を囲むように前記一端部に設けられた該シール部材と、
を備えるパーティクル捕集装置。 - 前記ガス供給部は、前記空間に接続したガス噴射孔を画成する一端部を有する供給管を含み、
前記ガス噴射孔は、前記開口又は該開口に平行な面に対して傾斜する方向に延びている、
請求項1に記載のパーティクル捕集装置。 - 前記吸引部は、前記空間に接続した吸引孔を画成する一端部を有する吸引管を含み、
前記吸引孔は、前記開口又は該開口に平行な面に対して傾斜する方向に延びている、
請求項2に記載のパーティクル捕集装置。 - 前記ガス供給部は、前記空間に接続したガス噴射孔を画成する一端部を有する供給管を含み、
前記ガス噴射孔は、前記開口を含む面に対して平行に延びている、
請求項1に記載のパーティクル捕集装置。 - 前記吸引部は、前記空間に接続した吸引孔を画成する一端部を有する吸引管を含み、
前記吸引孔は、前記開口を含む面に対して平行に延びている、
請求項4に記載のパーティクル捕集装置。 - 前記吸引部は、一端部を有する吸引管を含み、
前記吸引管の前記一端部は、前記空間を通って前記開口に向けて延在しており、且つ、前記ガス噴射孔と該吸引管の該一端部との間に前記空間を挟むように前記筐体の内面に沿って延在している、
請求項2又は4に記載のパーティクル捕集装置。 - 前記吸引部は、パーティクルカウンタを含む、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のパーティクル捕集装置。
- 筐体の一端部によって画成された開口を囲むように該一端部に設けられたシール部材を対象物に密着させて、該対象物と該筐体との間に閉じた空間を画成する工程と、
前記対象物に超音波を照射し、前記空間にガスを供給し、前記空間を排気する工程と、
を含むパーティクルの捕集方法。
