Claims (1)
- 蛍光Ｘ線分析装置の入側搬送コンベア上の所定
箇所に微粉除去フードを設け、このフードにエア
ー噴出ノズル、ストツパー、吸引ダクトを配する
と共に前記フード上部にフードを昇降させる手段
を設け、試料が試料成型用プレスを通過すると前
記フードを搬送コンベア上まで下降させ、かつ送
風吸引させる機能を設け、しかも試料が該フード
に到着してから所定時間送風吸引を保持させる機
能とを含む蛍光Ｘ線分析装置用試料微粉除去装置
。
