Abstract
【解決手段】発泡体からなる芯材(102)を、溶融状態の少なくとも2枚の樹脂シート(101)で挟み込んで積層してなる樹脂成形品(100)の成形方法であり、樹脂シート(101)は、繊維状フィラーを含有しており、芯材(102)の表面を樹脂シート(101)の熱で溶融させながら、芯材(102)と樹脂シート(101)とを溶着し、芯材(102)と樹脂シート(101)とを金型で型締めし、樹脂成形品(100)を成形する。

Description
本発明にかかる樹脂成形品の成形方法は、
発泡体からなる芯材を、溶融状態の少なくとも2枚の樹脂シートで挟み込んで積層してなる樹脂成形品の成形方法であって、
前記樹脂シートは、繊維状フィラーを含有しており、
前記芯材の表面を前記樹脂シートの熱で溶融させながら、前記芯材と前記樹脂シートとを溶着する溶着工程と、
前記芯材と前記樹脂シートとを金型で型締めし、前記樹脂成形品を成形する成形工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。
本発明にかかる樹脂成形品は、
発泡体からなる芯材を、少なくとも2枚の樹脂シートで挟み込んで積層してなる樹脂成形品であって、
前記樹脂シートは、繊維状フィラーを含有しており、
前記樹脂成形品は、表面が溶融した前記芯材と、溶融状態の前記樹脂シートと、を溶着して一体化した積層構造からなることを特徴とする。
まず、図1、図2、図6、図8を参照しながら、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100の概要について説明する。図1は、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100の構成例を示し、図2、図6、図8は、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100の成形方法例を示す。
まず、図1を参照しながら、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100の構成例について説明する。本実施形態の樹脂成形品100は、例えば、自動車のデッキボードに用いることができる。
樹脂ビーズとしては、耐熱発泡性ポリスチレン系樹脂ビーズ(例えば、株式会社カネカ製、カネパール(登録商標)ヒートマックス(登録商標)など)、低発泡成形用耐熱発泡性ポリスチレン系樹脂ビーズ(例えば、株式会社カネカ製、カネパール(登録商標)ヒートマックス(登録商標)HM5など)などが挙げられる。また、発泡性耐熱AS系樹脂(例えば、株式会社JSP製、ヒートポール(登録商標))などを用いることができる。
次に、図2〜図9を参照しながら、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100の成形方法例について説明する。図2は、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100を成形する成形装置60の構成例を示し、図2〜図9は、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100を成形する成形工程例を示す図である。
このように、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100を構成する樹脂シート101は、繊維状フィラーを含有している。そして、樹脂成形品100を成形する際は、図6、図8に示すように、芯材102の表面を溶融状態の樹脂シートPの熱で溶融させながら、芯材102と樹脂シートPとを溶着する。そして、図8に示すように、芯材102と樹脂シートPとを分割金型32で型締めし、樹脂成形品100を成形する。本実施形態の樹脂成形品100を成形する場合は、溶融状態の樹脂シートPに繊維状フィラーを含有させているため、ドローダウンを抑えることができる。これにより、樹脂シートPを高温で押し出して成形することができ、より確実に芯材102の表面を溶融させて、芯材102と樹脂シートPとを溶着することができる。その結果、芯材102と樹脂シートPとの溶着強度を向上させることができる。また、樹脂シートPに繊維状フィラーを含有させることにより、樹脂成形品100の剛性を高めることができる。また、本実施形態の樹脂成形品100を構成する芯材102及び樹脂シートPは、スチレン系樹脂を主成分としているため、芯材102と樹脂シートPとの溶着強度、及び、樹脂成形品100の剛性を更に高めることができる。

Claims (5)
- 発泡体からなる芯材を、溶融状態の少なくとも2枚の樹脂シートで挟み込んで積層してなる樹脂成形品の成形方法であって、
前記樹脂シートは、繊維状フィラーを含有しており、
前記芯材の表面を前記樹脂シートの熱で溶融させながら、前記芯材と前記樹脂シートとを溶着する溶着工程と、
前記芯材と前記樹脂シートとを金型で型締めし、前記樹脂成形品を成形する成形工程と、
を有することを特徴とする樹脂成形品の成形方法。 - 前記芯材及び前記樹脂シートは、スチレン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記成形工程において、
前記金型による型締めにより、前記芯材及び前記樹脂シートが圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の樹脂成形品の成形方法。 - 発泡体からなる芯材を、少なくとも2枚の樹脂シートで挟み込んで積層してなる樹脂成形品であって、
前記樹脂シートは、繊維状フィラーを含有しており、
前記樹脂成形品は、表面が溶融した前記芯材と、溶融状態の前記樹脂シートと、を溶着して一体化した積層構造からなることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 前記芯材及び前記樹脂シートは、スチレン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の樹脂成形品。
