Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、ウレタン樹脂(A)及び水性媒体(B)を含有する水性ウレタン樹脂組成物を用いて得られる光学フィルムであって、前記ウレタン樹脂(A)が、ビスフェノール化合物のアルキレンオキサイド付加物及び芳香族ポリカルボン酸を反応させて得られるポリエーテルエステルポリオール(a1−1)と、ポリイソシアネート(a2)とを反応させて得られるものであることを特徴とする光学フィルムに関するものである。

Description
合成例1
4つ口フラスコに、ジエチレングリコール336質量部、SEO−2(ビスフェノールSのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物、日華化学株式会社製)1039質量部、無水フタル酸626質量部、テトラブチルチタネート0.06質量部を仕込み、窒素気流下、220℃で24時間反応させた。反応後、得られたポリエーテルエステルポリオール(PES−1)は、常温で黄色固体であり、酸価が9.23、水酸基価が107.7であった。
4つ口フラスコに、ニューポール−BPE−20T(ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物、三洋化成工業株式会社製)2167質量部、2,6−ナフタレンジカルボン酸ジメチル473質量部、テレフタル酸ジメチル301質量部、無水フタル酸15質量部、テトラブチルチタネート0.06質量部を仕込み、窒素気流下、220℃で24時間反応させた。反応後、得られたポリエーテルエステルポリオール(PES−2)は、常温で黄色固体であり、酸価が0.08、水酸基価が102.0であった。
4つ口フラスコに、ニューポール−BPE−20T 3009質量部、イソフタル酸369質量部、テレフタル酸ジメチル540質量部、無水フタル酸82質量部、テトラブチルチタネート0.06質量部を仕込み、窒素気流下、220℃で24時間反応させた。反応後、得られたポリエーテルエステルポリオール(PES−3)は、常温で淡黄色固体であり、酸価が0.05、水酸基価が111.6であった。
4つ口フラスコに、ニューポール−BPE−20T 3130質量部、アジピン酸870質量部、テトラブチルチタネート0.06質量部を仕込み、窒素気流下、220℃で24時間反応させた。反応後、得られたポリエーテルエステルポリオール(PES−4)は、常温で淡黄色固体であり、酸価が0.03、水酸基価が112.0であった。
4つ口フラスコに、テレフタル酸830質量部、イソフタル酸830質量部、エチレングリコール374質量部、ネオペンチルグリコール598質量部、テトラブチルチタネート0.06質量部を仕込み、窒素気流下、220℃で24時間反応させた。反応後、得られたポリエステルポリオール(PES−5)は、常温で淡黄色固体であり、酸価が0.2、水酸基価が74.5であった。

ポリエーテルポリオール2;「ニューポール−BPE−20T」、三洋化成工業株式会社製、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物
「芳香族環構造の含有率」;ポリエーテルエステルポリオール全体に対する芳香族環構造の質量割合であり、原料の仕込み量に基づいて算出した。
ポリエーテルエステルポリオール(PES−1)の1000質量部を減圧下100℃で脱水し、その後80℃まで冷却後、メチルエチルケトン900質量部を加え十分に攪拌し溶解させ、2,2’−ジメチロールプロピオン酸80質量部とネオペンチルグリコール5部を加え、次いでヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート284質量部を加えて75℃で8時間反応した。
前記ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−1の代わりに、ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−2を使用し、かつ、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの使用量を262質量部に変更すること以外は実施例1と同様の方法によって、不揮発分20質量%の安定な水性ウレタン樹脂組成物(2)〔透明コロイド状の水分散液〕を得た。
前記ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−1の代わりに、ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−3を使用し、かつ、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの使用量を276質量部に変更すること以外は実施例1と同様の方法によって、不揮発分20質量%の安定な水性ウレタン樹脂組成物(3)〔透明コロイド状の水分散液〕を得た。
前記ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−1の代わりに、ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−2を400質量部とポリエステルポリオールPES−5を600質量部使用し、かつ、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの使用量を237質量部に変更すること以外は、実施例1と同様の方法によって、不揮発分20質量%の安定な水性ウレタン樹脂組成物(4)〔透明コロイド状の水分散液〕を得た。
前記ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−1の代わりに、ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−4を使用し、かつ、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの使用量を277質量部に変更すること以外は実施例1と同様の方法によって、不揮発分20質量%の安定な水性ウレタン樹脂組成物(4’)〔透明コロイド状の水分散液〕を得た。
前記ポリエーテルエステルポリオールPES−1の代わりに、ポリエステルポリオールPES−5を使用し、かつ、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの使用量を221質量部に変更すること以外は実施例1と同様の方法によって、不揮発分20質量%の安定な水性ウレタン樹脂組成物(5’)〔透明コロイド状の水分散液〕を得た。
前記で得た水性ウレタン樹脂組成物を、乾燥後の膜厚が100μmとなるようにポリプロピレン基材表面に塗布し、次いで室温下で24時間乾燥した後、150℃×5分熱処理を行うことによって皮膜を形成した。
基材上(PET;125μm)に乾燥時の膜厚が約5μmとなるように、前記水性ウレタン樹脂組成物を塗布し、150℃で5分間熱処理を行うことによって、前記基材表面に皮膜が積層した積層体を得た。
前記で得られた積層体を切り取り、前記基材上に前記皮膜が積層された縦5cm及び横5cmの正方形の試験片を作製した。前記試験片の皮膜表面に、ニチバン株式会社製の24mm幅の粘着テープを貼付した。
2;試験片を構成する皮膜の全面積に対して50%以上の範囲の皮膜が、試験片を構成する基材表面から剥離した。
3;試験片を構成する皮膜の面積に対して10%以上50%未満の範囲の皮膜が、試験片を構成する基材表面から剥離した。
4;試験片を構成する基材表面から、ごく一部の皮膜が剥離したが、その剥離した範囲は、試験片を構成する皮膜の全面積に対して10%未満であった。
5;試験片を構成する基材表面から皮膜が全く剥離しなかった。
前記水性ウレタン樹脂組成物を用いて得られた積層体2個を、その皮膜表面同士が接触するように重ね、100g/cm2の荷重をかけた状態で40℃、65%RHなる雰囲気中に24時間放置した。

Claims (1)
- ウレタン樹脂(A)及び水性媒体(B)を含有する水性ウレタン樹脂組成物を用いて得られる光学フィルムであって、前記ウレタン樹脂(A)が、ビスフェノール化合物のアルキレンオキサイド付加物及び芳香族ポリカルボン酸を反応させて得られるポリエーテルエステルポリオール(a1−1)と、ポリイソシアネート(a2)とを反応させて得られるものであることを特徴とする光学フィルム。
