Abstract

算出された充放電スケジュールに従って、予測期間における複数の蓄電手段の充放電電力をそれぞれ制御することを特徴とする電力供給システムである。
消費制御手段は、予測消費スケジュール、予測発電スケジュール、車両の使用履歴に基づいて算出される車載蓄電装置が配線に電気的に接続されている期間、および車載蓄電装置を含む複数の蓄電手段のそれぞれの充放電特性に基づいて、評価指標が所定の値となるように、充放電スケジュールを算出することを特徴とする。

本発明の第1実施形態に関して、図1〜図8を用いて説明する。図1は、第1実施形態における電力供給システム10の概略構成を示す模式図である。電力供給システム10は、電力供給契約に基づいて電力供給元の電力系統から供給される供給電力を、建物30内の交流電力線11に接続された電気負荷である一般負荷12に給電可能なシステムである。本実施形態の電力供給システム10では、深夜時間帯(24時から7時の時間帯)の電力コストが他の時間帯の電力コストよりも安価な1つの(単一の)電力供給契約を締結しており、電力会社の電力系統から供給される購入電力(系統電力)を建物30内に導入する交流電力線11には、時間帯別電力量計(図示せず)が配設されている。

- 電力供給契約に基づいて電力供給元の電力系統から建物(30)に供給される供給電力を、配線(11)に接続された電気負荷(12)および複数の蓄電手段(24a,24b)に給電可能な電力供給システム(10)であって、
太陽光によって発電を行う太陽光発電手段(16)と、
前記建物の前記配線に接続され、前記太陽光発電手段によって発電された太陽光電力および前記電力系統から供給される前記供給電力を蓄電可能であるとともに、蓄電された電力を前記配線へ放電可能な複数の蓄電手段(24a,24b)と、
前記電力系統から供給される前記供給電力の消費を制御するとともに、前記太陽光電力の消費を、前記各蓄電手段への蓄電による消費と、前記電気負荷による消費と、前記電力系統への逆潮流による消費とで制御する消費制御手段(18)と、を含み、
前記複数の蓄電手段には、少なくとも2種類の異なる充放電特性を有する蓄電手段であって、高出力小容量である出力型の蓄電手段(24a)と、低出力大容量である容量型の蓄電手段(24b)とが含まれ、
前記消費制御手段は、
前記電気負荷の使用履歴に基づいて算出される予測期間における前記電気負荷の予測電力量の推移を示す予測消費スケジュールと、天候予測によって予測される前記予測期間における前記太陽光発電手段の予測発電量の推移を示す予測発電スケジュールと、前記各蓄電手段の前記充放電特性とに基づいて、前記複数の蓄電手段のそれぞれの充放電電力を決定するために使用する評価指標が所定の値となるように前記予測期間における前記複数の蓄電手段の蓄電および放電の推移を示す充放電スケジュールをそれぞれ算出し、
算出された前記充放電スケジュールに従って、前記予測期間における前記複数の蓄電手段の充放電電力をそれぞれ制御することを特徴とする電力供給システム。 - 前記出力型の蓄電手段は、車両に搭載され、前記供給電力を蓄電可能であり、蓄電された電力を前記配線へ放電可能である車載蓄電装置(14)であり、
前記消費制御手段は、前記予測消費スケジュール、前記予測発電スケジュール、前記車両の使用履歴に基づいて算出される前記車載蓄電装置が前記配線に電気的に接続されている期間、および前記車載蓄電装置を含む前記複数の蓄電手段のそれぞれの前記充放電特性に基づいて、前記評価指標が前記所定の値となるように、前記充放電スケジュールを算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記評価指標は、前記配線からの供給電力量に応じた買電料金から、前記配線への逆潮流量に応じた売電料金を差し引いた電気料金であり、
前記所定の値は、最小値であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記評価指標は、前記配線からの供給電力量に応じた二酸化炭素の排出量であり、
前記所定の値は、最小値であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力供給システム。
