Description
オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の一方が、a)芳香族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有する1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)と、b)脂肪族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、脂肪族アミノカルボン酸から誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、およびラクタムから誘導されるポリアミドからなる群から選択される1種または複数種の完全脂肪族ポリアミド(B)と、のブレンドを含むポリアミド組成物で作られ、
オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の他方が、1種または複数種のポリアミドで作られ、
かつ上記第2構成部分が、上記第1構成部分の表面の少なくとも一部分上で上記第1構成部分に接着される、オーバーモールド成形複合構造によって、上記の問題を克服することができることが分かった。
第2構成部分は、上記第1構成部分の表面の少なくとも一部分上で第1構成部分に接着され、
第1構成部分の表面は、表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物で作られた少なくとも一部分を有し、かつ上述のような不織構造、生地、繊維詰め物およびその組み合わせから選択される繊維状材料を含み、上記繊維状材料はマトリックス樹脂組成物で含浸されており、
第2構成部分はオーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物を含み、
オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の一方が、上述の1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)を含むポリアミド組成物で作られ、
オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の他方が、1種または複数種のポリアミドで作られる。
以下の材料が、実施例および比較例で使用された組成物を構成する。
PA6,6で製造されたマトリックス樹脂組成物および厚さ約1.5mmを有するガラス布(連続織りガラス繊維)を含むラミネートに、圧縮成形によって、厚さ約200マイクロメートルを有し、かつ表1に示す表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物で製造された表面フィルムを貼り付けた。
上述のように得られた複合構造上に、表1に示すオーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物を約1.5mmオーバー射出成形することによって、表1に示すオーバーモールド成形複合構造を製造した。
ダイヤモンドエッジブレードを備えたMK−377 Tile Sawおよび潤滑剤として水を使用して、上述のように得られたオーバーモールド成形複合構造を幅1/2インチ×長さ2 1/2インチの試験片に切断した。
Claims (12)
- i)表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物で作られた少なくとも一部分を有する表面を有し、かつ不織構造、生地、繊維詰め物およびその組み合わせから選択される繊維状材料を含む、第1構成部分であって、前記繊維状材料がマトリックス樹脂組成物で含浸される第1構成部分と、
ii)オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物を含む第2構成部分と、
を含むオーバーモールド成形複合構造であって、
前記オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および前記表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の一方が、
a)芳香族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有する1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)と、
b)脂肪族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、脂肪族アミノカルボン酸から誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、およびラクタムから誘導されるポリアミドからなる群から選択される1種または複数種の完全脂肪族ポリアミド(B)と、
のブレンドを含むポリアミド組成物で作られ、
前記オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および前記表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の他方が、1種または複数種のポリアミドで作られ、かつ
前記第2構成部分が、前記第1構成部分の表面の少なくとも一部分上で前記第1構成部分に接着される、オーバーモールド成形複合構造。 - 前記繊維状材料が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、天然繊維またはその混合物で作られる、請求項1に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 前記繊維状材料が、ガラス繊維で作られる、請求項2に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 前記マトリックス樹脂組成物が、1種または複数種のポリアミドで作られる、または
a)芳香族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有する1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)と、
b)脂肪族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、脂肪族アミノカルボン酸から誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、およびラクタムから誘導されるポリアミドからなる群から選択される1種または複数種の完全脂肪族ポリアミド(B)と、
のブレンドを含むポリアミド組成物で作られる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。 - 前記ポリアミド組成物の前記1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)と前記1種または複数種の完全脂肪族ポリアミド(B)との重量比(A:B)が、約99:1〜約5:95である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 前記1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)の前記ジカルボン酸が、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸およびその混合物から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 前記1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)に含まれる前記脂肪族ジアミンが、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、2−メチルペンタメチレンジアミンおよびその混合物から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 前記マトリックス樹脂組成物および/または前記表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物および/または前記オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物がさらに、1種または複数種の耐衝撃性改良剤、1種または複数種の熱安定剤、1種または複数種の酸化安定剤、補強剤、1種または複数種の紫外線安定剤、1種または複数種の難燃剤、またはその混合物を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 前記第1構成部分がシート構造の形状を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 自動車、トラック、民間飛行機、航空宇宙、鉄道、家庭用品、コンピューターのハードウェア、レクリエーションおよびスポーツ用品の構成部分、機械用の構造部材、建物用の構造部材、光起電装置用の構造部材または機械装置用の構造部材の形をとる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーモールド成形複合構造。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の第1構成部分をオーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物でオーバーモールド成形する工程を含む、オーバーモールド成形複合構造を製造する方法であって、
前記オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および前記表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の一方が、
a)芳香族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有する1種または複数種の半芳香族ポリアミド(A)と、
b)脂肪族ジカルボン酸および脂肪族ジアミンから誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、脂肪族アミノカルボン酸から誘導される反復単位を含有するポリアミド、およびラクタムから誘導されるポリアミドからなる群から選択される1種または複数種の完全脂肪族ポリアミド(B)と、
のブレンドを含むポリアミド組成物で作られ、かつ
前記オーバーモールド成形用樹脂組成物および前記表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物の他方が、1種または複数種のポリアミドで作られる、方法。 - 前記第1構成部分が、
i)請求項1、4または8に記載のマトリックス樹脂組成物で、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の繊維状材料を含浸する工程を含む方法によって製造され、前記複合構造の表面の少なくとも一部分が、請求項1または5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の表面ポリアミド樹脂組成物で作られる、請求項11に記載の方法。
