Abstract
1. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования, включающая:i) первый компонент, имеющий поверхность, причем поверхность имеет по меньшей мере часть, выполненную из поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы, и включающий волокнистый материал, выбранный из нетканых структур, текстильных изделий, волокнистых ватинов и их комбинаций, причем указанный волокнистый материал пропитан матричной смоляной композицией,ii) второй компонент, включающий композицию смолы многокомпонентного формования,где одна из композиции смолы многокомпонентного формования и поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы выполнена из полиамидной композиции, включающей смесь:a) одного или нескольких полуароматических полиамидов (А), содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из ароматических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, иb) одного или нескольких полностью алифатических полиамидов (В), выбранных из группы, состоящей из полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических аминокарбоновых кислот, и полиамидов, полученных из лактамов,где другая из смоляной композиции многокомпонентного формования и поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы выполнена из одного или нескольких полиамидов, игде указанный второй компонент сцеплен с указанным первым компонентом на, по меньшей мере, части поверхности указанного первого компонента.2. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где волокнистый материал выполнен из стекловолокна, углеродных волокон, арамидн�
Claims (12)
1. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования, включающая:
i) первый компонент, имеющий поверхность, причем поверхность имеет по меньшей мере часть, выполненную из поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы, и включающий волокнистый материал, выбранный из нетканых структур, текстильных изделий, волокнистых ватинов и их комбинаций, причем указанный волокнистый материал пропитан матричной смоляной композицией,
ii) второй компонент, включающий композицию смолы многокомпонентного формования,
где одна из композиции смолы многокомпонентного формования и поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы выполнена из полиамидной композиции, включающей смесь:
a) одного или нескольких полуароматических полиамидов (А), содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из ароматических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, и
b) одного или нескольких полностью алифатических полиамидов (В), выбранных из группы, состоящей из полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических аминокарбоновых кислот, и полиамидов, полученных из лактамов,
где другая из смоляной композиции многокомпонентного формования и поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы выполнена из одного или нескольких полиамидов, и
где указанный второй компонент сцеплен с указанным первым компонентом на, по меньшей мере, части поверхности указанного первого компонента.
2. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где волокнистый материал выполнен из стекловолокна, углеродных волокон, арамидных волокон, натуральных волокон или их смесей.
3. Композитная структура многокомпонентного по п.2, где волокнистый материал выполнен из стекловолокна.
4. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где матричная смоляная композиция выполнена из одного или нескольких полиамидов или выполнена из полиамидной композиции, включающей смесь:
a) одного или нескольких полуароматических полиамидов (А), содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из ароматических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, и
b) одного или нескольких полностью алифатических полиамидов (В), выбранных из группы, состоящей из полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических аминокарбоновых кислот, и полиамидов, полученных из лактамов.
5. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где весовое соотношение (А:В) одного или нескольких полуароматических полиамидов (А) и одного или нескольких полностью алифатических полиамидов (В) полиамидной композиции составляет от приблизительно 99:1 до приблизительно 5:95.
6. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где дикарбоновые кислоты одного или нескольких полуароматических полиамидов (А) выбраны из терефталевой кислоты, изофталевой кислоты и их смесей.
7. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где алифатические диамины, включенные в один или несколько полуароматических полиамидов (А), выбраны из гексаметилендиамина, 2-метилпентаметилендиамина и их смесей.
8. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где матричная смоляная композиция, и/или поверхностная композиция полиамидной смолы, и/или смоляная композиция многокомпонентного формования дополнительно включают один или несколько эластификаторов, один или несколько термостабилизаторов, один или несколько стабилизаторов окисления, упрочняющие средства, один или несколько стабилизаторов ультрафиолетового излучения, один или несколько антипиренов или их смеси.
9. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1, где первый компонент имеет форму листовой структуры.
10. Композитная структура многокомпонентного формования по п.1 в форме компонента для автомобилей, грузовиков, пассажирских самолетов, авиакосмической промышленности, перил, бытовых приборов, компьютерной техники, портативных приборов, товаров для отдыха и занятий спортом, элемента конструкции механизмов, элементов конструкции строений, элементов конструкции фотоэлектрического оборудования или элементов конструкции механических устройств.
11. Способ изготовления композитной структуры многокомпонентного формования, включающий этап многокомпонентного формования первого компонента, перечисленного в любом из пп.1-10, со смоляной композицией многокомпонентного формования,
где одну из смоляной композиции многокомпонентного формования и поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы изготавливают из полиамидной композиции, включающей смесь:
a) одного или нескольких полуароматических полиамидов (А), содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученных из ароматических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, и
b) одного или нескольких полностью алифатических полиамидов (В), выбранных из группы, состоящей из полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических дикарбоновых кислот и алифатических диаминов, полиамидов, содержащих повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из алифатических аминокарбоновых кислот, и полиамидов, полученных из лактамов, и
где другую из смоляной композиции многокомпонентного формования и поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы изготавливают из одного или нескольких полиамидов.
12. Способ по п.11, где первый компонент изготавливают способом, включающим этап:
i) пропитывания матричной смоляной композицией, перечисленной в пп.1, 4 или 8, волокнистого материала, перечисленного в любом из пп.1-3, где, по меньшей мере, часть поверхности композитной структуры изготавливают из поверхностной композиции полиамидной смолы, описанной в п.1 или в любом из пп.5-8.
