Abstract
1. Композитная структура, имеющая поверхность, каковая поверхность по меньшей мере частично выполнена из композиции смолы для поверхности, и содержащая волокнистый материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из нетканых структур, текстиля, волокнистого ватина и их комбинаций, при этом указанный волокнистый материал пропитывают смолой матрицы, где композиция смолы для поверхности и композиция смолы матрицы являются полиамидной композицией, содержащей:одну или более полиамидных смол, выбранных из полностью алифатических полиамидов, иодин или более многоатомных спиртов, имеющих более двух гидроксильных групп.2. Композитная структура по п.1, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо присутствуют в полиамидной композиции в количествах от или приблизительно от 0,25 вес.% до или приблизительно до 15 вес.%, причем весовой процент рассчитан на общий вес полиамидной композиции.3. Композитная структура по п.2, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо присутствуют в количествах от или приблизительно от 0,5 вес.% до или приблизительно до 10 вес.%, причем весовой процент рассчитан на общий вес полиамидной композиции.4. Композитная структура по п.1, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из дипентаэритрита, трипентаэритрита, пентаэритрита и их смесей.5. Композитная структура по п.1, где полностью алифатические полиамидные смолы независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из РА6; РА11; РА12; РА4,6; РА6,6; РА,10; РА6,12; РА10,10 и их сополимеров и смесей.6. Композитная структура по п.1, где волокнистый материал содержит стекловолокно, углеродные волокна, арамидные волокна, натуральные волокна ил
Claims (15)
1. Композитная структура, имеющая поверхность, каковая поверхность по меньшей мере частично выполнена из композиции смолы для поверхности, и содержащая волокнистый материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из нетканых структур, текстиля, волокнистого ватина и их комбинаций, при этом указанный волокнистый материал пропитывают смолой матрицы, где композиция смолы для поверхности и композиция смолы матрицы являются полиамидной композицией, содержащей:
одну или более полиамидных смол, выбранных из полностью алифатических полиамидов, и
один или более многоатомных спиртов, имеющих более двух гидроксильных групп.
2. Композитная структура по п.1, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо присутствуют в полиамидной композиции в количествах от или приблизительно от 0,25 вес.% до или приблизительно до 15 вес.%, причем весовой процент рассчитан на общий вес полиамидной композиции.
3. Композитная структура по п.2, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо присутствуют в количествах от или приблизительно от 0,5 вес.% до или приблизительно до 10 вес.%, причем весовой процент рассчитан на общий вес полиамидной композиции.
4. Композитная структура по п.1, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из дипентаэритрита, трипентаэритрита, пентаэритрита и их смесей.
5. Композитная структура по п.1, где полностью алифатические полиамидные смолы независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из РА6; РА11; РА12; РА4,6; РА6,6; РА,10; РА6,12; РА10,10 и их сополимеров и смесей.
6. Композитная структура по п.1, где волокнистый материал содержит стекловолокно, углеродные волокна, арамидные волокна, натуральные волокна или их смеси.
7. Композитная структура по п.6, где волокнистый материал состоит из стекловолокна.
8. Композитная структура по п.1, где композиция смолы для поверхности и/или композиция смолы матрицы дополнительно содержат один или более модификаторов ударопрочности, один или более тепловых стабилизаторов, один или более стабилизаторов окисления, один или более армирующих агентов, один или более УФ-стабилизаторов, один или более замедлителей горения, или их смеси.
9. Композитная структура по п.1 в форме деталей автомобилей, грузовиков, коммерческой авиатехники, космической техники, железных дорог, бытовых приборов, компьютерного оборудования, портативных устройств, отдыха и спорта, структурных компонентов машин, структурных компонентов зданий, структурных компонентов солнечного или ветряного энергетического оборудования, структурных компонентов механических устройств.
10. Способ изготовления композитной структуры, имеющей поверхность, при этом указанный способ включает следующие этапы:
i) пропитку волокнистого материала композицией смолы матрицы, где волокнистый материал выбран из группы, состоящей из нетканых структур, текстиля, волокнистого ватина и их комбинаций,
где по меньшей мере часть поверхности композитной структуры выполнена из композиции смолы для поверхности, и
где композиция смолы для поверхности и композиция смолы матрицы являются полиамидной композицией, содержащей а) одну или более полиамидных смол и b) один или более многоатомных спиртов, имеющих более двух гидроксильных групп.
11. Способ по п.10, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо присутствуют в полиамидной композиции в количествах от или приблизительно от 0,25 вес.% до или приблизительно до 15 вес.%, причем весовой процент рассчитан на общий вес полиамидной композиции.
12. Способ по п.11, где один или более многоатомных спиртов независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из дипентаэритрита, трипентаэритрита, пентаэритрита и их смесей.
13. Способ по п.10, где волокнистый материал содержит стекловолокно, углеродные волокна, арамидные волокна, натуральные волокна и их смеси.
14. Способ по п.10, где пропитку осуществляют путем вакуумной формовки, формования покрытия в литьевой форме, экструзией с поперечной фильерой, пултрузии, процессов типа покрытия проволоки, ламинирования, штамповки, диафрагменного формования или литья под давлением.
15. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий этап формования композитной структуры, при этом указанный этап формования следует за этапом пропитки.
