Abstract

使用单向纤维强化带材制成的复合制品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种由单向纤维强化带材形成复合制品的方法。
背景技术
单向带材通常被理解为浸渍有聚合物树脂的连续单向纤维(例如玻璃纤维、碳纤维或其它已知的强化纤维)的薄型条或带。所述带材可通常具有1至15cm宽或许更宽的数量级的宽度,以及小于1mm的厚度,从而使得所述带材可以提供于卷轴上。
在常规方法中,已知通过以下步骤形成具有环形纤维强化材料的复合制品:将单向纤维强化带材围绕成型元件进行卷绕,在将所述带材进行卷绕时对所述带材进行加热以便使聚合物树脂软化,从而使得带材层粘结在一起并且遵循所述成型元件的轮廓。加热以及后续的冷却处理是耗时的并且占用了带材卷绕和成型机,因此使得制造工艺的成本较高。
还已知的是,使用以片材或卷绕带材形式提供的纤维强化聚合物树脂,通过切割带材区段以及从片材切割出二维成型坯料并且将它们在冷态下堆叠在一起来形成制品,如US 5,394,773中所述。后然将堆叠的片材放入模具中,并且随后使其经受热和压力以使堆叠的片材和层的聚合物树脂软化并且粘结在一起。后一种方法的一个缺点是难以将装配层适当地保持和定位于一起,特别是在将组件从一个制造工位传送到另一个制造工位时。而且,对于旨在支撑高拉力(牵引力)或弯曲力的制品来说,常规的冷UD带材堆叠和成型工艺与上述热成型工艺相比并不完全能够形成具有最佳抗拉强度特性的复杂形状。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种由单向带材形成或使用单向带材形成制品的方法,所述方法对于大批量生产来说是节约成本的并且能够生产出可以承受高负荷的制品。
在某些应用中,有利的是,提供了一种由单向带材形成或使用单向带材形成制品的方法,所述制品具有高拉伸强度以承受施加于所述制品上的高负荷,特别是牵引力、弯曲力或扭转力。
有利的是,提供了一种形成具有高强度与重量比的复合制品的方法。
有利的是,提供了一种由单向带材形成或使用单向带材形成制品的方法,所述方法是节约成本的,还能够形成具有复杂形状或具有复杂的应力分布的制品。
有利的是,提供了一种使用单向纤维强化带材形成制品的方法,所述方法在制造公差较低变动的情况下是准确的、可靠的且可再现的。
本发明的目的已经通过提供形成权利要求1的制品的方法来实现。
本文公开了一种由单向(UD)带材形成制品的方法,所述单向(UD)带材包含浸渍有聚合物树脂的连续单向纤维,所述方法包括:
将冷的所述UD带材的连续区段进行卷绕以形成所卷绕的闭环UD带材预成型件,所述预成型件包括冷UD带材的所述连续区段的多个堆叠层;
在卷绕期间,将至少两个相邻的堆叠层在至少一个离散的(局部的)位置上直接固定在一起;至少在卷绕件末端或接近末端处以及任选地在多个堆叠层的一个或多个其它水平上进行上述固定;以及使所卷绕的UD带材预成型件固结。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述将至少两个相邻层固定在一起由将所述至少两个相邻层焊接在一起组成。在一个变体中,固定可以包括将相邻层以粘合剂粘结或机械装订在一起。
可以通过加热并且施加压力以使多个堆叠带材层在挤压模具中固结来使UD带材预成型件固结。在一个变体中,可以通过对UD带材预成型件进行预加热,然后将预加热的UD带材预成型件直接在注塑模具中重叠注塑来完成固结。
在卷绕期间,可以有利地在卷绕件开端或接近开端处以及在UD带材的堆叠层之间的另外位置上将UD带材的至少两个堆叠层进一步离散地焊接。在一个有利的变体中,所述方法包括将UD带材的大部分的或所有的堆叠层离散地焊接。所述离散焊接可以在沿着闭环的不同位置处进行。所述离散焊接可以有利地包括通过超声波装置或感应装置进行焊接。
可以有利地将带材围绕夹具进行卷绕,所述夹具包括对带材进行导向的通道。所述夹具可包括至少两个可分开的部分,所述至少两个可分开的部分被构造成允许将UD带材预成型件在卷绕后从所述夹具取下。所述夹具可包括将带材向下压向夹具的顶部活动定位销和/或使带材沿着与带材的平面基本上平行的方向侧向位移的侧面活动定位销。在一个变体中,可以使带材以某种方式卷绕以使得带材的某些区段相对于带材的下层区段在侧向上发生偏置。
在一个有利的实施例中,所述带材由浸渍有聚合物树脂的单向纤维片材制成,所述单向纤维片材具有介于0.1mm与0.5mm之间的厚度,并且在纤维的方向上被切割成0.5至15cm宽的带材宽度。可以将所述带材以卷筒形式储存并且在卷绕处理期间从卷筒进料。在一个有利的实施例中,所述卷绕可以形成3层至100层范围内的多个堆叠层。
在卷绕后,所述固结可以有利地包括将UD带材预成型件在加热工位中加热至使得固结能够进行的树脂熔融温度,并且随后将所加热的UD带材预成型件转移至压塑模具中以施加压力。压塑模具包括具有在其中容纳UD带材预成型件的模腔的下模和在挤压期间封闭模具的上模。在第一实施例中,所述下模包括侧向活动核心,所述侧向活动核心被构造成在与层的堆叠方向基本上平行的方向上挤压UD带材预成型件。在另一个实施例中,压塑模具包括具有在其中容纳UD带材预成型件的模腔的下模和包括活动核心的上模,所述上模被构造成在与层的堆叠方向基本上正交的方向上挤压UD带材预成型件。与所述模具有关的术语“下”和“上”的使用并非意图表示任何具体的空间布置,而是为了将一个模具与另一互补模具区分。相对于重力的方向,所述模具可以被水平布置、垂直布置、以水平和垂直之间的任何角度布置,并且如上文所述的“下”模和“上”模的功能可以被颠倒。

带材卷绕工艺可以包括将UD带材至少部分地围绕将被整合于复合制品中的插入件进行卷绕。
本文还公开了一种复合制品,所述复合制品包括所卷绕和固结的闭环UD带材预成型件,所述复合制品是通过如本文所述的方法形成的。
所述纤维可包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、天然纤维或它们的混合物;更优选地,纤维材料由玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维、天然纤维或它们的混合物制成;并且还更优选地,纤维材料由玻璃纤维、碳纤维以及芳族聚酰胺纤维或它们的混合物制成。可使用多于一种的纤维材料。所述纤维材料可任选地被拉断。可使用由不同纤维制成的纤维材料的组合,例如下述UD带材结构:所述UD带材结构包括由玻璃纤维或天然纤维制成的一个或多个中间层以及由碳纤维或玻璃纤维制成的一个或多个表面层。
UD带材的材料可以是热塑性材料与上述纤维材料的混合物,例如,所述纤维材料可以呈混合纱或共织纱或浸渍有由热塑性材料制成的粉末的纤维材料的形式,任选地使用模具,或者能够反应形成适于后续加工成UD带材形式的热塑性材料的单体或部分聚合的单体,或者用作单向材料的纤维材料和热塑性材料的任何混合物,通过使热塑性材料熔融浸渍到纤维材料中而制成的带材。
优选地,纤维材料与聚合物材料(即热塑性材料)之间的比率为至少15%,并且更优选地介于40%与70%之间,所述百分比是基于所述复合结构的总体积计的体积百分比。
所述热塑性材料包括一种或多种热塑性材料,包括但不限于聚丙烯、聚酰胺、包括聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在内的热塑性聚酯、热塑性弹性体以及聚苯硫醚。
优选地,所述热塑性材料包括一种或多种聚酰胺。聚酰胺为一种或多种二羧酸和一种或多种二胺和/或一种或多种氨基羧酸的缩合产物,和/或一种或多种环状内酰胺的开环聚合产物。一种或多种聚酰胺独立地选自全脂族聚酰胺树脂、半芳族聚酰胺树脂以及它们的混合物。

具体实施方式
参见图8a至8c,示出了复合制品4的一个实例,该制品在该实例中代表汽车悬架臂或控制杆。该制品包括形成闭环的所固结的纤维强化部分37、重叠注塑部分42以及任选的一个或多个插入件40。所固结的纤维强化部分37由所卷绕的单向带材预成型件38制成,所卷绕的单向带材预成型件38通过使用根据下面进一步描述的本发明的实施例的方法制成的。根据本发明的复合制品可仅由单向带材形成,或者由单向带材与插入件、重叠注塑部分以及安装到所卷绕的UD带材预成型件或其周围的其它元件的组合以独特方式形成。在图8a至8c中所示的实例中,重叠注塑部分42可以例如是注塑的聚合物,并且一个或多个插入件可以由各种材料制成,例如由金属、复合材料或陶瓷制成的插入件,这取决于所要实现的应用和功能。该制品的闭环纤维强化材料37为该制品提供了结构强度,特别是抵抗拉力F t 或悬梁弯曲应力或其它应力分量的结构强度,这取决于该制品所要支撑的力以及该制品的几何形状和空间取向。在本发明中,单向纤维以连续的基本上不间断的方式多次围绕闭环延伸以提供非常高的抵抗作用在环上的拉力的强度。
现在主要参见图1a,示出了用于卷绕单向纤维强化带材6的多层连续闭环的带材卷绕机械手8的示意图。单向纤维强化带材包含单向纤维,例如玻璃纤维、碳纤维或本身为本领域已知的其它强化纤维,所述单向纤维嵌入于聚合物树脂中,所述聚合物树脂例如聚丙烯、聚酰胺、包括聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在内的热塑性聚酯、热塑性弹性体、聚苯硫醚以及聚醚酰亚胺。
该带材可具有几毫米至几厘米或甚至数十厘米的数量级的宽度,以及十分之一毫米至1毫米的数量级的厚度。单向带材的低厚度允许将冷带材以足够小以便容纳于所要制造的制品中的曲率半径弯曲而在卷绕处理期间带材不发生断裂。例如,对于0.2mm厚的带材,最小的曲率半径可以是1厘米的数量级。如本文所用的术语“冷”是低于UD带材的聚合物树脂的熔融温度或熔化温度的不能够使各层粘结或固结的温度。
单向带材可以提供于带材卷轴26上,所述带材卷轴26的总卷绕长度明显大于要被卷绕成制品的闭环的带材长度,从而使得可以使用来自单个卷轴的单向带材制造很多个制品。
带材卷绕机械手8包括夹具16,将UD带材6围绕该夹具16进行卷绕,该夹具因此界定了在固结之前所卷绕的多层UD带材的预成型件38,该夹具16可围绕轴R相对于带材卷轴26和带有滚轴支座18的机械臂52旋转。在图1a的实施例中,夹具16可在与旋转轴R平行的方向上移动,以便将正在卷绕的带材侧向放置在夹具上,从而使得后续层与下层不完全重叠(即相对于下层发生偏置),例如以便制成如图3d所示的带材的宽区段6b或窄区段6a。任选地,该夹具可相对于带材卷轴26移动并且机械臂52沿着另外的轴XYZ平移和/或沿着R’旋转,以便能够将带材定位在夹具上以形成复杂的形式,例如如图2c所示。
可通过带材导向通道48、48’来限定或协助带材在夹具上的定位,从而夹具可由两个或更多个部分16a、16b制成,以便在卷绕处理完成之后使所述夹具与带材卷绕预成型件38分开。带材导向通道48、48’可采用围绕夹具或处于夹具面上以确定所卷绕的UD带材预成型件38的形状的弯曲三维路径。该夹具还可包括任何必要的空腔或定位装置,例如呈插入件固定器部分50的形式(参见图1c),以便容纳插入件40并且允许带材围绕插入件进行卷绕,如可在图8a和2a中所看到。
带材卷绕机械手还包括安装在机械臂52上的滚轴支座18,该滚轴支座18可相对于夹具16相对移动,该滚轴支座被构造成在将带材进行卷绕时沿着带材的堆叠层滚轧并且将带材的堆叠层压向夹具。滚轴支座18向带材施加的力可由弹簧或者气压或液压来限定,从而限定基本上恒定的滚轧压力。提供这种压力以在夹具16上对带材进行导向而并非意图使UD材料发生任何固结,但是可以使用这种压力对邻近于进行离散焊接的位置的层进行挤压。带材卷绕机械手8还可包括可移动并且可操作的切割器20以在完成卷绕操作后对带材的末端进行切割。在典型的应用中,可将带材连续地卷绕而不进行切割以形成具有3至100个或更多个带材堆叠层的卷绕件。在本发明的范围内,有可能提供多个各自具有多个带材层的卷绕件,通过切割器将这些卷绕件彼此分开。这对于具有使用不同材料或在空间上偏置的所卷绕的UD带材区段的实施例可能是有用的。也有可能将两种或更多种带材同时以彼此交叠的方式在同一个导向通道中进行卷绕或在分开的通道中进行卷绕,或者在一部分上分叉的通道中进行卷绕,这取决于所要制造的零件的构造。这可包括使用1个或多个滚轴18、切割器20、UD带材卷轴26以及焊头22。
在图8a的图解中,夹具16被构造成形成简单的伸长闭环预成型件,然而该夹具可采用各种形状,例如渐缩的形状以生产图4a的闭环预成型件,或具有较窄的中央部分以形成图4b中所示的预成型件,以及许多其它形状,只要考虑到可为使带材弯曲而不发生断裂所接受的最小曲率半径即可。
夹具16可设有活动定位器件24、25,这些活动定位器件可呈销或滚轴的形式,这些销或滚轴是可移动的,从而使得当夹具在活动定位器件24、25的位置处经过滚轴支座18时,所述活动定位器件24、25被移开。可以围绕夹具提供多个安装在夹具16上并且相对于夹具可相对移动且可操作的活动定位器件24、25。顶部活动定位器件24可被构造成将所卷绕的带材的堆叠层压向夹具,而侧面活动定位器件可被构造成将带材层侧向定位。带材层的侧向定位可任选地在层与层之间变化,从而使得所选择的某些连续层发生侧向偏置(例如以使预成型件的部分6b相对于其它部分6b变宽,如图3d中所示)。
根据本发明的实施例的带材卷绕机械手有利地在与夹具分开的机械臂上或在被固定到夹具16上的位移器件上包括至少一个带材固定头22,所述带材固定头22在一个有利的实施例中包括焊头22。焊头被构造成可在离散的预先确定的带材卷绕位置处操作以压向带材的外层并且将带材的外层局部焊接到下层,任选地将焊接机以下的多层焊接在一起。焊头可通过超声波焊接或感应焊接、通过电磁辐射(例如微波)或通过传导加热来执行离散焊接操作。
在一个变体中,带材固定头可包括粘合剂沉积喷射器,用于使粘合剂沉积于带材上以使后续层与沉积物层粘结。粘合剂可以是快速固化粘合剂,任选地是UV(紫外光辐射)或热活化型,由此带材固定头包括UV或热活化单元。
在另一个变体中,带材固定头可包括机械装订器以借助于订书钉,例如金属订书钉将UD带材的堆叠层固定在一起。
带材固定装置还可包括上述固定装置的组合。
在一个有利的变体中,在放置每个新的卷绕层之后离散的时刻对带材进行焊接,从而在贯穿基本上整个带材层堆叠的一个或多个离散的位置处将各层固定在一起。离散焊接操作由于非常局限且因而快速的加热和冷却而可以以高速进行,从而允许对冷带材进行快速卷绕。
带材卷绕机械手8可设有单个焊头或在围绕夹具的不同位置处设有两个或更多个焊头,所述两个或更多个焊头被构造成在带材的堆叠层上在不同的位置处同时或在不同的时间进行离散位置焊接。在具有单个焊头的一个有利的变体中,所述焊头可被构造成在夹具相对于机械臂52和滚轴支座8转动时,在围绕夹具的预先确定的位置处实行离散的焊接。在预成型件的曲线拐点处或靠近曲线拐点处和/或在弯曲部分的底部或顶部安置焊接点可有利地通过防止带材层彼此之间发生相对滑移而有助于使预成型件的形状稳定并且维持预成型件的形状。在完成卷绕操作之后,可将带材的末端焊接和/或通过围绕一束所卷绕的UD带材预成型件38的另外的压接环或夹紧环或者其它机械固定元件46夹紧,如图3a中所示。在本发明的范围内,有可能最少仅焊接两个离散的焊接点,在卷绕处理开始时焊接第一个焊接点,而在卷绕处理结束时或临近结束时焊接第二个焊接点。也可以每卷绕几层,例如每三层或四层离散地实行焊接;在这种情况下,焊接处理(例如超声波焊接)可被构造成穿透多层或仅穿透单层。
在一个有利的实施例中,在每一层或几乎每一层上实行焊接,以便通过使堆叠的所有层联接在一起来使预成型件具有刚性。
在一个变体中,复合制品可包括插入件,所述插入件包括具有定位元件的成型支撑结构,所述定位元件用来至少部分地使定位在夹具上的所卷绕的带材成型,但在将制品从夹具取下后仍整合到所述制品中。这种成型支撑结构可由聚合物或者冲压成型薄片金属或复合材料或其它低成本的组分制成以永久整合到制品内,以便降低夹具和活动定位器件的复杂性和/或使得能够卷绕出复杂的预成型件形状。
参见图5,在已形成所卷绕的UD带材预成型件38后,可将它从夹具16取下,并且通过具有夹持器28的传送系统12传送或者通过夹具16本身传送到加热工位10,所述加热工位10被构造成对UD带材进行加热,从而使得聚合物树脂软化并且熔融,但不使聚合物发生降解,从而可以使得UD带材固结。可以通过包括以下的加热装置对UD带材预成型件进行加热:强制热风对流烘箱、红外加热炉、微波炉、感应加热装置以及接触式加热装置、这些装置的组合或者其它加热装置。然后将加热过的所卷绕的UD带材预成型件38传送到压模机14,所述压模机14包括挤压工具以对加热过的软化了的UD带材施加压力以使带材层固结并且基本上除去层之间的任何空气或空隙。
在一个变体中,可任选地经由升温缓冲器将UD带材预成型件38直接放到注塑机中,所述升温缓冲器将预成型件加热到接近于但是低于UD带材聚合物熔融温度的温度。离散的局部焊接与重叠注塑材料的额外的稳定化作用的组合在不同的UD带材层之间提供了如下的剪切力:所述剪切力防止UD带材层在负荷下解开并且大于该零件在它的使用中必须满足的牵引力或压缩力或扭力,从而不需要在重叠注塑之前使UD带材层完全固结在一起,进而在制造期间节省了成本。

在图6a至图6d中所示的第一实施例中,下模30b包括模腔32b,所述模腔32b被构造成容纳所卷绕的UD带材预成型件38,而上模包括可相对移动的活动核心34和挤压模具表面32a,所述挤压模具表面32a被构造成插入于模腔32b中并且在与带材堆叠方向基本上正交的方向上对所卷绕的UD带材预成型件38进行挤压。活动核心34压向下模的中央部分以防止聚合物树脂在固结期间从模腔32b中逸出。可以将所得的所固结的纤维强化部分37在一定程度的冷却之后从模具中取出,并且并入到注塑模具中以进行重叠注塑或送到其它机加工工位以进行其它成型或零件形成和装配操作。
在图7a至图7c中所示的另一个实施例中,下模30b包括模腔32b,所述模腔32b将所卷绕的UD带材预成型件38容纳于其中,该下模具有侧向活动核心36,所述侧向活动核心36被构造成在层的堆叠方向上将带材层压在一起。在这种情况下,可以提供不具有活动核心的上模30a而所述上模30a用来在通过侧向活动核心36实行挤压期间封闭下模腔32。模具当中可设有温度调节电路,如流体冷却或加热电路,以便在模具挤压处理期间对温度进行调节,并且任选地在将制品从模具中取出之前将该制品冷却。
本文所述的UD带材复合结构和重叠注塑UD带材复合结构可用于多种多样的应用中,例如用作汽车部件、卡车部件、商用飞机部件、航空航天器部件、轨道部件、家用电器部件、计算机硬件部件、手持式器件部件、娱乐和体育设施部件、机器结构部件、建筑结构部件、光伏或风能设备结构部件或机械器件结构部件。
机动车应用的例子无限制地包括备胎槽、浅盘形底板或浅盘形底板段、压缩天然气罐、液态丙烷气罐或氢气罐的一体化结构盖和支架、座椅部件和座椅框架、引擎盖支架、引擎架、悬架臂和架、底盘加强件、前端模块、转向柱框架、仪表板、车门系统、车身面板(诸如水平车身面板和门面板)、后挡板、硬顶轿车框架结构、敞篷车顶框架结构、顶板结构、引擎盖、传动部件和功率输出部件的外壳、油底壳、气囊外壳罐、机动车内部撞击结构、引擎支架、交叉车横梁、缓冲梁、行人安全横梁、隔火墙、后置物板、交叉车舱壁、压力容器(诸如制冷剂瓶和灭火器以及卡车压缩空气制动系统容器)、混合内燃机/电动车电池托架、机动车悬架横臂和控制臂、悬架平衡杆接杆、叶片弹簧、车轮、休旅车和摩托车摆臂、挡泥板、车顶框架以及油箱盖板。
家用电器的例子无限制地包括洗衣机、烘干机、冰箱、空调以及暖气装置。娱乐和体育设施的例子无限制地包括直排式溜冰鞋部件、棒球棍、曲棍球棍、雪橇和滑雪板固定器、背囊背衬和框架以及自行车架。
机器结构部件的例子包括电气/电子零件,例如手持式电子器件外壳、计算机外壳。

Claims (20)

1. 由单向(UD)带材形成制品的方法,所述单向(UD)带材包含浸渍有聚合物树脂的连续单向纤维,所述方法包括:
将冷的所述UD带材的连续区段进行卷绕以形成卷绕的闭环UD带材预成型件,所述预成型件包括冷UD带材的所述连续区段的多个堆叠层;
在卷绕期间,在所述卷绕件的末端处或接近末端处以及任选地在所述多个堆叠层的一个或多个其它水平上,将至少两个相邻的堆叠层在至少一个离散的位置中直接固定在一起;以及
使所述卷绕的UD带材预成型件固结。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述直接固定在一起包括粘合剂粘结或焊接,所述焊接包括通过超声波装置或感应装置焊接。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述固结卷绕的UD带材预成型件包括:在挤压模具中加热并且施加压力以使所述多个堆叠带材层固结,或将所述卷绕的UD带材预成型件加热并且重叠注塑。
4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,所述方法包括:在所述卷绕步骤期间,在所述卷绕件的开端处或接近开端处将UD带材的至少两个所述相邻堆叠层离散地固定在一起。
5. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述方法包括在卷绕期间,在介于所述卷绕件的开端与末端之间的所述卷绕件的中间部分中将UD带材的另外多个所述相邻堆叠层离散地固定。
6. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述方法包括在卷绕期间,将UD带材的大部分的或所有的所述相邻堆叠层彼此离散地固定。
7. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述方法包括在卷绕期间,将UD带材的相邻堆叠层在沿所述闭环的不同位置处离散地固定。
8. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中将所述UD带材围绕夹具卷绕,所述夹具包括对所述带材进行导向的通道。
9. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中将所述带材围绕夹具卷绕,所述夹具包括至少两个可分开的部分,所述至少两个可分开的部分被构造成使所述UD带材预成型件在卷绕后从所述夹具取下。
10. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中将所述带材围绕夹具卷绕,所述夹具包括将所述带材向下压向所述夹具的顶部活动定位销。
11. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中将所述带材围绕夹具卷绕,所述夹具包括侧面活动定位销,所述侧面活动定位销在与所述带材的平面基本上平行的方向上侧向压制所述带材。
12. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中以使得带材的某些区段相对于带材的下层区段发生侧向偏置的方式将所述带材进行卷绕。
13. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中将所述带材以卷筒形式储存并且在所述卷绕处理期间从所述卷筒进料并且其中所述带材由浸渍有聚合物树脂的单向纤维片材制成,所述片材具有0.1mm与0.5mm之间的厚度,并且在所述纤维的方向上被切割成0.5至5cm宽的带材宽度。
14. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述卷绕形成3至100层范围内的多个堆叠层。
15. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述固结包括将所述UD带材预成型件在加热工位中加热至使得固结能够进行的树脂软化温度,并且随后将所述加热的UD带材预成型件转移至压塑模具中以施加压力。
16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述压塑模具包括下模,所述下模包括在其中容纳所述UD带材预成型件的模腔,所述下模包括侧向活动核心,所述侧向活动核心被构造成在与层的堆叠方向基本上平行的方向上对所述UD带材预成型件进行挤压。
17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述压塑模具包括下模和上模,所述下模包括在其中容纳所述UD带材预成型件的模腔,所述上模包括活动核心,所述上模被构造成在与所述层的堆叠方向基本上正交的方向上对所述UD带材预成型件进行挤压。
18. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述方法还包括在固结之后将所述固结的UD带材预成型件的至少一部分重叠注塑。
19. 制品,所述制品包括固结的卷绕的闭环UD带材预成型件,所述制品是通过根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法形成的。
20. 根据权利要求23所述的制品,其中所述纤维选自玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、天然纤维或它们的混合物,并且所述聚合物树脂选自聚丙烯、聚酰胺、包括聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在内的热塑性聚酯、热塑性弹性体、聚苯硫醚以及聚醚酰亚胺。
