Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性プリプレグが巻回された原反ロール及び該原反ロールから引き出された熱可塑性プリプレグを積層面に対し押圧する押圧装置を備える積層ヘッドと、前記積層面に対し熱可塑性プリプレグを仮溶着するために熱可塑性プリプレグに対し押し当てられる溶着ヘッドを備える溶着装置とを含み、
前記積層ヘッドを移動させて予め定められた長さの熱可塑性プリプレグを前記積層面上に敷置する積層動作を行うことによって熱可塑性プリプレグを積層する自動積層装置において、
前記積層ヘッドは、前記溶着装置を備えると共に、敷置する熱可塑性プリプレグの幅方向における前記溶着ヘッドの両側及び/又は後側で前記押圧装置が熱可塑性プリプレグを前記積層面に対し押圧するように構成されており、
前記積層動作の過程で当該積層動作で敷置している熱可塑性プリプレグの仮溶着を前記溶着装置に行わせる駆動制御装置を備える
ことを特徴とする自動積層装置。 - 前記溶着装置が前記押圧装置としての押圧機構を含み、
前記押圧機構は、前記幅方向における前記溶着ヘッドの両側で熱可塑性プリプレグを押圧する押圧プレートを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動積層装置。 - 前記押圧プレートと前記溶着ヘッドとが取り付けられる支持部材であって上下動可能に前記積層ヘッドに支持された支持部材と、該支持部材を上下方向に駆動する駆動機構とを含む駆動装置を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動積層装置。
