技术领域

众所周知,在复合材料中,纤维的抗压强度比其抗拉强度更适中,特别是由于纤维在压缩下会弯曲(纤维整体或局部弯曲)的问题。
当在中间结(knot)的水平处使纤维交叉时,这一点更加明显,压缩应力不可避免地导致纤维结(fiber junctions)的松弛。
在FR 3032144中,纤维作为网布置在第一预成型件中,将其压紧以形成能够被模塑的第二预成型件。压实阶段引起形成网的杆的非直线性。另外,这些杆的末端的压碎产生了能够在杆中引起寄生应力(parasitic stress)的复杂形状。
此外,在压碎阶段期间,纤维要么被过度拉伸,导致最终零件内应力过大,要么拉伸不足,从而产生褶皱。
为了能够在压缩时对细纤维施加应力,必须满足以下三个条件:纤维必须是完全直线,必须将它们的变形或位移横向锁定在其主方向上,和必须在不引入任何寄生应力的情况将机械作用引入纤维中。
在由纤维交织形成的网状结构的情况下,纤维网络很好地吸收了牵引力,因为这种应力固定了由纤维交叉形成的结。
另一方面,纤维的压缩倾向于使结变松。纤维由于其交叉而弯曲的形状促进了处于压缩状态的纤维的局部弯曲,从而促进了纤维的整体弯曲。
发明内容

根据本发明的方法除了允许获得高的纤维直线度外,其因此还允许使用较少的增强纤维。
此外,它还可以制造更轻和因此更便宜的零件。

纤维F可以但不限于由增强纤维的股线、段带或帘线组成,其被缠绕在两个滑轮2和3之间以形成连杆1的两个洗眼杯(eyecup),并由未示出的框架支撑。
根据本发明,框架还承载布置在滑轮2和3之间的卷轮4,或中间滑轮,纤维F也缠绕在卷轮4上。

这种与卷轮4的直径的选择相关的扭曲允许产生潜在地具有面外阻力的三维纤维化。
应该注意的是,这些零件6、7、8和9中的一些卷轮4构成了界面形式。

Claims (5)
