Claims (20)
- ワークに向かって付勢されるべく構成されたフランジを有するブッシングと、
前記フランジと前記ワークの間に配置されるべく構成された絶縁スプリングであって、ゴム被覆と共に一体的に形成された金属コアを有する絶縁スプリングとを具備する留め具組立体。 - 前記絶縁スプリングは波形バネとして成形される請求項1に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記ゴム被覆は前記金属コアに接合される請求項1に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記ゴム被覆は前記金属コアを包囲する請求項1に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記ブッシングは前記フランジに一体的に接続された中央柱状部を有し、前記中央柱状部には貫通孔が形成されている請求項1に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記貫通孔内に配置された留め具を更に有する請求項5に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記留め具は、ねじが切られたシャフトに一体的に接続されたヘッドを具備するボルトを有する請求項6に記載の留め具組立体。
- 第2絶縁スプリングを更に具備し、前記ブッシングは第2フランジを有し、且つ、前記第2絶縁スプリングは前記第2フランジ上に配置される請求項1に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記絶縁スプリングのみが前記ワークと接触するように構成されている請求項1に記載の留め具組立体。
- 貫通孔を有した中央柱状部によって一体的に接続された第1及び第2フランジを有するブッシングと、
それぞれ、前記第1及び第2フランジに当接する第1及び第2絶縁スプリングであって、前記第1及び第2絶縁スプリングのそれぞれのものは、ゴム被覆と共に一体的に形成された金属波形コアを有して成る第1及び第2絶縁スプリングと、
前記第1及び第2絶縁スプリングの間において圧縮を伴って挟持されるワークとを具備する留め具組立体。 - 前記ゴム被覆は前記金属コアに接合される請求項10に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記ゴム被覆は前記金属コアを包囲する請求項10に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記貫通孔内に配置された留め具を更に有する請求項10に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記留め具は、ねじが切られたシャフトに一体的に接続されたヘッドを具備するボルトを有する請求項13に記載の留め具組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2絶縁スプリングのみが前記ワークに接触する請求項10に記載の留め具組立体。
- 留め具組立体と共に使用されるべく構成された圧縮可能な絶縁スプリングであって、前記絶縁スプリングは、留め具ヘッドまたはブッシングフランジとワークの間に挟持、圧縮されており、前記留め具組立体は、
波状に成形された環状金属コアと、
前記環状コアに接合されたゴム被覆であって、前記環状金属コアと前記ゴム被覆が単一の一体片として一体的に形成されるようにしたゴム被覆とを具備する圧縮可能な絶縁スプリング。 - 前記環状コアは内部中央開口部を有した波形環状リムを有する請求項16に記載の圧縮可能な絶縁スプリング。
- 前記ゴム被覆は前記金属コアを包囲する請求項16に記載の圧縮可能な絶縁スプリング。
- 前記ゴム被覆のみが前記ワークと直接的に接触することにより、振動を減衰させ、且つ、腐食を極小化する請求項16に記載の圧縮可能な絶縁スプリング。
- 前記ゴム被覆は前記金属コアから分離不能である請求項16に記載の圧縮可能な絶縁スプリング。
