Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- セリア、ジルコニアおよび金属交換または含侵ゼオライトから構成されたNOx還元触媒体において、該触媒体はタングステンを実質的に含有せず、前記セリアおよびジルコニアが、1.0以下のジルコニア/セリアモル比で存在することを特徴とする触媒体。
- 酸化タングステンおよび酸化バナジウムを実質的に含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒体。
- さらに鉄を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒体。
- セリア、ジルコニアおよび鉄−ゼオライトから実質的になる触媒体において、前記セリアおよびジルコニアが、1.0以下のジルコニア/セリアモル比で存在し、200℃から600℃のNOxガス温度でNOxガスを少なくとも30%還元することができることを特徴とする触媒体。
- タングステン、バナジウム、白金、パラジウム、およびロジウムを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項4記載の触媒体。
- 触媒体を製造する方法において、
無機結合剤および酸化物系成分の混合物を成形体に押し出す工程であって、前記酸化物系成分が、ゼオライトおよびCeO2−ZrO2から構成され、Zr/Ceモル比が1.0以下であり、該混合物がWを実質的に含まない工程、次いで、
前記成形体を少なくとも2時間に亘り少なくとも450℃の炉温度で焼成する工程、
を有してなる方法。
