- 前記界面活性剤成分は、直鎖一級脂肪族アルコキシル化アルコールを含む、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドコーティング。
- 前記混合物に存在する前記金属アルコキシド成分の前記オルガノシラン成分に対するモル比は約2:1である、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドコーティング。
- 前記混合物に存在する前記金属アルコキシド成分の前記界面活性剤成分に対するモル比は約75:1である、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドコーティング。
- 基板をコーティングする(10)方法であって:
前記基板の表面を洗浄し(16);
前記表面を酸素プラズマで処理し(18);
前記処理ステップ後に、前記表面に接着促進剤を塗布し(20);
前記接着促進剤を塗布する(20)前記ステップ後に、前記表面にハイブリッドコーティングを塗布し(26)、前記ハイブリッドコーティングがオルガノシラン成分、金属アルコキシド成分及び界面活性剤成分を含み;
前記ハイブリッドコーティングを硬化させる(28)
ステップを含む方法。 - 前記基板が延伸アクリル製である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素プラズマのヘッドが、前記表面から約0.75インチの距離において約0.1インチ/秒の速さで移動する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記接着促進剤が、3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランの水溶液を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
