剥離強度(接着力=KK)
剥離強度(接着力)の試験は以下に記すように行う。
試験する(感圧)接着テープのストリップを、規定の幅(標準:20mm)で、研磨した鋼板、あるいは、例えばポリエチレン、ポリカーボネートまたはガラスなどである、他の所望の接着/試験接着基材の上に、5kgの鋼製ロールを10回転動して接着する。両面接着テープは、36μm厚の硬質PVCフィルムを裏面強化する。このように調製された板を試験装置にセットし、前記接着ストリップを、その自由先端を用いて引張試験機で180°の剥離角度、300mm/minの速度で剥がし、それに必要な力を計測する。前記のように調製された板を、例えば室温で14日、あるいは紫外線照射下に7日といった貯蔵期間を経た後に、はじめて測定することも可能である。測定結果はN/cmの単位で表わされ、3ないし5測定値を平均する。測定は標準どおり空調された部屋で23℃、50%相対湿度下で、または場合によりある得る使用条件下、例えば5℃でその条件にセットされた気候室中で実施する。
接着テープを所定の固い接着基材(ここでは鋼)上に貼り、一定の剪断負荷力をかける。保持時間を、分単位で測定する。適切な板つり下げ具(角度179±1°)により、接着テープが板の下辺から剥がれないようにする。
SAFT(剪断接着破壊温度)は、昇温下での接着テープの短時間耐熱性の迅速試験法である。
次の原料を以下に記述する例に用いた。
以下の剤系は上述された方法で製造され、以下の例において詳述され、および上述の試験法で評価された。
処方A〜Gによる自着性接着剤を、上述の方法でコンパウンドし、帯状に成形し、続いてそれぞれ50g/m2で、前述の23μm厚のPET支持体に塗工した。
酸化防止剤を含まない天然ゴム系の標準的剤(処方H)を上述の方法で製造し、帯状に成形し、剤塗布量50g/m2で、23μm厚のPETフィルムに塗工し、続いて、例1から選出した試料と、さまざまな貯蔵条件後の接着強度を比較した。
特に、マスキング用途(屋外領域)に対しては、広い温度範囲、および長い時間(熟成時間)後の製品の接着力水準に関心が持たれる。

- 前記ポリアクリラート成分が、メチルアクリラート、メチルメタクリラート、エチルアクリラート、n−ブチルアクリラート、n−ブチルメタクリラート、n−ペンチルアクリラート、n−ヘキシルアクリラート、n−ヘプチルアクリラート、n−オクチルアクリラート、n−オクチルメタクリラート、n−ノニルアクリラート、ラウリルアクリラート、ステアリルアクリラート、ベヘニルアクリラート、イソブチルアクリラート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリラート、2−エチルヘキシルメタクリラート、イソオクチルアクリラート、イソオクチルメタクリラートならびにシクロヘキシルメタクリラート、イソボルニルアクリラート、イソボルニルメタクリラートまたは3,5−ジメチルアダマンチルアクリラートからなるポリマー、またはこれらのアクリラートの少なくとも2種からなるコポリマーであるのを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の接着剤。
- 前記粘着樹脂成分が、少なくとも1種の脂肪族炭化水素樹脂および/またはテルペンフェノール樹脂であるのを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一つに記載の接着剤。
- 前記添加剤が、可塑剤、架橋剤、充填材、造核剤、発泡剤、顔料、レオロジー調節剤、粘着性改良用添加剤、エラストマー、配合剤、老化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、乾燥剤、流動性改良剤およびレベリング剤、および/または湿潤剤の群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物であるのを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一つに記載の接着剤。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のコンパウンドの製造方法であって、
a)天然ゴム、アクリラートポリマーまたはコポリマー、および場合により添加剤を準備する工程、および
b)工程a)で準備された成分を押出機中で混合して均一な混合物を得る工程を含み、
該方法を、100℃を超える温度、好ましくは130℃を超える温度で、また50rpm(毎分回転数)を超える、好ましくは75〜100rpmの押出機回転速度で実施するのを特徴とする製造方法。 - c)工程b)で得られた前記混合物を、支持体上に層厚15〜200g/m2、好ましくは50g/m2で塗工して感圧接着性の層を形成するのを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物を、工程c)に続いて電子線硬化するのを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の支持体と、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載される、または請求項8〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法で製造される感圧接着剤の少なくとも1層とからなる、片面または両面接着テープ。
