Abstract
Description
2S2O3 2-+H2O2→S4O6 2-+2OH-
適量の有効な触媒の存在下では、反応は次の通りである:
Na2S2O3+4H2O2→Na2SO4+3H2O+H2SO4
好ましくは、反応中にシェービングフォームによって得られる最高温度は約30℃〜約60℃であり、この温度は2つの構成成分が混合された約10秒後〜約45秒後に達成される(これは、シェービングフォームの酸化性物質の構成成分及び還元性物質の構成成分が、総重量10グラムのシェービングフォームを提供する化学量論的量にてビーカー内で混合される場合にシェービングフォームが到達する温度であり、シェービングフォームの通常量約5グラム〜約8グラムを皮膚に塗布する場合、皮膚での実際の温度は通常約28℃〜約45℃である)。上述の酸化剤及び還元剤が使用される場合、シェービングフォーム組成物は、一般に約2%〜約10%の酸化剤及び約2%〜約10%の還元剤をおよそ化学量論的割合で含む。
図2及び3を再び参照すると、バンド14は、弾性的に変形する(つまり、実質的に非永久的に変形する)ことができる材料又は材料のブレンドから作られ、変形中に位置エネルギーが生じる。バンド14は、例えば、ゴム材料、又は熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)等のエラストマー材料から好ましくは作られる。ゴム材料は、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、又はそれらの混合物であってよい。例示的な一実施形態では、弾性的に変形可能なバンドは、非不透明で、750%プラスの弾性を有する天然ゴムから作られる。より低い弾性を有するゴム材料も用いられてもよいことが当業者に認識されるべきである。上述したように、ポリマープリフォームは、容器/袋に伸張される前に加熱される。取り囲むバンドは、プリフォームが加熱される前、間、又は後にプリフォームに被せて設置され得る。加熱される前にバンドがプリフォームの周りに配置されるのであれば、プリフォームがプリフォーム/バンド組立体の外部に位置する熱源により十分に加熱されることができるように、光波が通過し得るバンド材料を用いることが好ましい。赤外光が通過し得るバンド材料は、1つの好ましい材料級である。理論に拘束されるつもりはないが、弾性的に変形可能なバンドを通してポリマープリフォームを加熱するとき、不透明なゴム材料は問題を引き起こす可能性があると考えられる。したがって、弾性的に変形可能なバンドは、所望の弾性を有し、なおバンドを通してポリマープリフォームの加熱を可能にすることが好ましい。
Claims (15)
- 材料分配システムにおいて、
(a)少なくとも2つの別個の区画を含む潰れうる袋、及び
(b)前記袋の少なくとも一部分を取り囲む弾性的に変形可能なバンド
を含み、
前記弾性的に変形可能なバンドが、不可視光波及び/又は赤外光波が前記弾性的に変形可能なバンドの壁を通過し得る材料で構成される、材料分配システム。 - 前記少なくとも2つの別個の区画が、前記潰れうる袋の残部と同一材料で作られる隔壁によって分離される、請求項1に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記隔壁が、1つよりも多くの層を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記潰れうる袋が、0.1016mm(4ミル)未満の壁厚を有する少なくとも1つの区分を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記袋が、0.5〜1.0の固有粘度値を有する射出成型等級のポリエステルを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記潰れうる袋が、開口端、及び前記開口端に対向する閉鎖端を有し、前記弾性的に変形可能なバンドが、前記袋の開口端に近接する第1の端部、及び前記袋の閉鎖端に近接する第2の端部を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記弾性的に変形可能なバンドが、化学的接着剤、単なる摩擦以上の機械的手段、又はそれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つによって前記潰れうる袋に固着される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記弾性的に変形可能な袋がゴム材料を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 外側容器を更に含み、前記材料分配システムが、前記外側容器に配置され、前記外側容器がポリマー材料、所望によりブロー成形されたプラスチック容器を含み、前記外側容器が、開口端、対向する閉鎖端、及び前記開口端と前記閉鎖端との間に配置された縮径領域を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記第1のチャンバが、無水成分、チオ硫酸塩、亜硫酸塩化合物、及びそれらの混合物のうちの少なくとも1つを所望により含む還元成分を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 第2のチャンバが、水源、過酸化物及びそれらの混合物のうちの少なくとも1つを所望により含む酸化成分を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記潰れうる袋に接続された弁であって、第1の別個のチャンバに接続された第1のオリフィス、及び第2の別個のチャンバに接続された第2のオリフィスを形成する弁を更に含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の材料分配システム。
- 前記第1のオリフィスが、前記第2のオリフィスと同じ断面積を有さない、請求項12に記載の材料分配システム。
- パーソナルケア製品において、
(a)外側容器、
(a)前記外側容器に配置された材料分配システムであって、
i)少なくとも2つの別個のチャンバを含む潰れうる袋であって、袋の開口端及び袋の閉鎖端を含む、潰れうる袋、
ii)前記袋の開口端に配置された弁、及び、
iii)伸びていない形体で5.08cm(2インチ)未満の長さを有する弾性部材であって、前記袋の少なくとも一部分を取り囲み、化学的手段又は単なる摩擦以上の機械的手段のどちらかで、前記袋の閉鎖端に固着される、弾性部材
を含む、材料分配システム、並びに
(b)第1の組成物及び第2の組成物を含むパーソナルケア組成物であって、各組成物は、前記少なくとも2つの別個のチャンバのうちの1つの中に収容され、前記弾性部材が軸方向及び半径方向の両方に伸ばされ、伸ばされることに関連して位置エネルギーを含むように、前記潰れうる袋内に配置される、パーソナルケア組成物
を含み、
前記弁が開くと、前記袋に付与される前記弾性部材からの前記位置エネルギーによって、前記パーソナルケア組成物が前記潰れうる袋から流出することが許容され、前記位置エネルギーが減勢するにつれて、前記弾性部材が、伸びていない形体に向かって軸方向及び半径方向の両方に縮む、パーソナルケア製品。 - 材料分配システムを作る方法において、
(a)少なくとも2つの別個のチャンバを含む容器プリフォームであって、ポリマープリフォーム、及び前記ポリマープリフォームの少なくとも一部分を取り囲む弾性的に変形可能なバンドを含む容器プリフォームを提供する工程、
(b)前記ポリマープリフォームを加熱する工程、
(c)前記容器プリフォームを成形型キャビティ内に位置決めする工程、及び
(d)容器を画成するように、前記容器プリフォームを前記成形型キャビティの壁に向かって外側に伸張させるのに十分な圧力を前記ポリマープリフォームの内部に加え、その間、前記弾性的に変形可能なバンドが伸ばされ、伸ばされた前記弾性的に変形可能なバンドと関連して位置エネルギーが生成され、前記加えられた内部圧力が除去されると、前記容器が少なくとも部分的に潰れる工程
