Abstract
Description
ゲルを、脱イオン水21.5mg、Ludox LS−30(30%SiO2)141.2mg、25.8%1,1’−(へキサン−1,6−ジイル)ビス(1−メチルピロリジニウム)177.9mg、20%NaBr溶液109.3mg、および15%Al(NO3)3溶液50.2mgを、1.5mlのステンレスチール容器中で組み合わせることによって調製した。
ゲルを、脱イオン水51.7mg、Ludox LS−30(30%SiO2)143.4mg、25.8%1,1’−(へキサン−1,6−ジイル)ビス(1−メチルピロリジニウム)151.1mg、20%KBr溶液138.3mg、および15%Al(NO3)3溶液25.5mgを、1.5mlのステンレスチール容器中で組み合わせることによって調製した。
ゲルを、脱イオン水、Ludox LS−30(30%SiO2)154.7mg、25.8%1,1’−(へキサン−1,6−ジイル)ビス(1−メチルピロリジニウム)130.1mg、および3%ホウ酸溶液24mgを、1.5mlのステンレスチール容器中で組み合わせることによって調製した。アルカリ金属は、反応混合物中に全く存在しなかった。
一連のゲルを、上記の実施例1〜3に類似の方法で調製した。しかし、これは、次に示されるモル比の組成を有し、かつ示される温度および時間で反応された。
次の実施例は、結晶化温度、シリカ/アルミナ比、およびアルカリ金属カチオンの存在を変えることによって、異なる生成物が得られたことを示す。
Claims (10)
- SSZ−74の結晶構造を有する合成結晶質物質の製造方法であって、
結晶化条件下に、少なくとも一種の三価元素X源と、少なくとも一種のシリカ源と、構造指向剤(SDA)源としての1,1’−(へキサン−1,6−ジイル)ビス(1−メチルピロリジニウム)ジカチオンとを含む反応混合物を接触させる工程を含み、
前記反応混合物は、フッ化物イオン源を含まず、かつ
前記反応混合物は、場合により、少なくとも一種のアルカリ金属カチオンY源を含む、SSZ−74の結晶構造を有する合成結晶質物質の製造方法。 - 前記三価元素Xは、アルミニウム、ホウ素、およびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Xは、アルミニウムであり、アルミニウム源は、硝酸アルミニウムまたは水和アルミナである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- Xは、ホウ素であり、ホウ素源は、ホウ酸溶液である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記シリカ源は、無機シリカである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機シリカは、コロイドシリカである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記結晶化条件は、温度約120℃〜160℃を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記反応混合物は、Y/Siモル比0.15〜0.35を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
