Abstract
【解決手段】車体傾斜装置30は、空気バネ22,23に対応して設けられる個別傾斜部112,113と、制御部110とを含んで構成される。個別傾斜部112は、制御部110から与えられる高さ指令値と、リンクレバー機構24から得られる車高値との間の偏差である高さ偏差を用いて、制御弁40と、大容量弁170を駆動して空気バネ22に対し十分な給排気を行うことができる。制御弁40は、固定スリーブ91、制御スリーブ90、スプール80の二重構造を有し、制御スリーブ90は、リンクレバー機構24と回転・直進変換機構44によって移動駆動され、スプール80は、設定車高値に応じてスプールアクチュエータ120によって移動駆動される。

Claims (6)
- 車両の車体と台車の間に配置される空気バネに気体を供給しあるいは排気して空気バネを伸縮させて車体と台車の間の高さである車高値を変更する車体傾斜装置であって、
小径のステムと大径のランドとを有するスプールと、
気体供給源に接続される給気ポートと、排気ポートと、空気バネに接続される負荷ポートとを有する固定スリーブと、
外周側で固定スリーブに摺動自在に支持され、内周側でスプールを摺動自在に支持し、少なくともスプールのランドに対応する負荷口を有し、固定スリーブに対し予め定めた所定移動範囲で相対的に移動可能で、所定移動範囲において負荷口は固定スリーブの負荷ポートの範囲にある制御スリーブと、
を含み、スプールのランドと制御スリーブの負荷口との間の相対位置関係で給気ポートから負荷ポートを経て空気バネに供給される気体流量が定まり、あるいは空気バネから負荷ポートを経て排気ポートから排出される気体流量が定まる二層三方弁と、
車高値の設定値である設定車高値に応じて、二層三方弁の固定スリーブに対しスプールを軸方向に移動駆動するスプールアクチュエータと、
設定車高値と実際の車高値との差である車高偏差値に応じて、二層三方弁のスプールに対し制御スリーブを軸方向に移動駆動するスリーブアクチュエータと、
を備えることを特徴とする車体傾斜装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車体傾斜装置において、
スリーブアクチュエータは、
一方端が台車側に回転可能に支持され、他方端が回転接続部によって回転可能に支持される台車側アームと、一方端が回転接続部によって回転可能に支持され、他方端が車体側に回転可能に支持される車体側アームとを含み、車高値に応じて、台車側アームと車体側アームとで形成される形状が変化するリンクレバー機構と、
リンクレバー機構の車体側支持部に設けられ、リンクレバー機構の形状変化に応じて回転する回転部と、
回転部の回転を制御スリーブの軸方向直進運動に変換する回転・直進変換機構と、
を含むことを特徴とする車体傾斜装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車体傾斜装置において、
二層三方弁の制御スリーブの状態を検出し、電気信号として出力する制御スリーブセンサと、
制御スリーブセンサの出力に応じ電気信号によって駆動され、二層三方弁よりも流量容量が大きい大容量弁であって、出力口が二層三方弁の負荷ポートと共に空気バネに接続される大容量弁と、
を備えることを特徴とする車体傾斜装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載の車体傾斜装置において、
二層三方弁のスプールの状態を検出し、電気信号として出力するスプールセンサと、
スプールセンサの出力をスプールアクチュエータの駆動信号にフィードバックするフィードバックループと、
を備えることを特徴とする車体傾斜装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1に記載の車体傾斜装置において、
二層三方弁のスプールは、
軸方向の一方端側を開閉弁端側として、開閉弁端側に排気用開口部を有し軸方向に延びて他方端が排気ポートに連通する中心穴が設けられるステム部と、ステム部よりも外径の大きい中央ランド部とを有し、
制御スリーブは、
軸方向の一方端側を開閉弁端側として、スプールの開閉弁端側の外径よりも大きい内径の開閉弁側開口部を開閉弁端側に有し、スプールを軸方向に摺動自在に支持し、スプールとの間の相対位置が中立状態のときにスプールの中央ランド部を塞ぐ位置に配置される負荷口と、軸方向に沿って負荷口の前後に配置され負荷口を越えて相互に連通する2つの開口部とを有し、
二層三方弁に対し、
一方端側が気体供給源に接続され他方端側が制御スリーブの開閉弁端に接続される筒状の開閉弁本体と、開閉弁本体の内部に収納され制御スリーブの開閉弁側開口部を塞ぐ大きさの開閉弁弁体と、開閉弁弁体を制御スリーブの開閉弁端側に付勢する付勢手段とを含む給気開閉弁を備えることを特徴とする車体傾斜装置。 - 小径のステムと大径のランドとを有するスプールと、
気体供給源に接続される給気ポートと、排気ポートと、空気バネに接続される負荷ポートとを有する固定スリーブと、
外周側で固定スリーブに摺動自在に支持され、内周側でスプールを摺動自在に支持し、少なくともスプールのランドに対応する負荷口を有し、固定スリーブに対し予め定めた所定移動範囲で相対的に移動可能で、所定移動範囲において負荷口は固定スリーブの負荷ポートの範囲にある制御スリーブと、
を含み、スプールのランドと制御スリーブの負荷口との間の相対位置関係で給気ポートから負荷ポートを経て空気バネに供給される気体流量が定まり、あるいは空気バネから負荷ポートを経て排気ポートから排出される気体流量が定まることを特徴とする車体傾斜装置用二層三方弁。
