Description
一方、ニュートラル位置から車体が台車に対して浮き上がると、レバーは弁体から後退する方向にスプールを駆動する。その結果、弁体はスプール孔を閉鎖状態に保持するが、スプールの先端と弁体とが離間するので、スプールの中空部とスプールの外周に臨む空気ばね通路とが、スプール孔と大径部との環状隙間を介して接続される。その結果、空気ばねの空気が空気ばね通路から環状隙間とスプールの中空部を介して大気中に放出される。

Claims (5)
- スプール孔と、
負荷の昇降に応じて前記スプール孔内を軸方向に変位する中空のスプールと、
前記スプールの外周に形成した、スプールの他の部位より大径の大径部と、
前記スプールに相対して前記スプール孔の開口部を閉鎖する弁体と、
前記弁体を前記スプール孔の閉鎖方向に付勢するスプリングと、
空気圧供給源及びドレーンの一方を前記スプールの中空部に接続する第1の通路と、
負荷を支持する空気ばねに連通し、前記スプールの外周に臨む空気ばね通路と、
前記空気圧供給源及び前記ドレーンのもう一方を、前記弁体の前記スプール孔の前記大径部からのリフトに応じて、前記スプール孔と前記大径部とがなす環状隙間に接続する第2の通路とを備えたレベリングバルブにおいて、
前記スプール孔を前記大径部より大径に形成する一方、前記大径部との間に前記環状隙間を形成する、前記スプール孔の他の部位より径の小さな縮径部を前記スプール孔に形成し、
前記大径部と前記縮径部の軸方向長さを互いに異なる値に設定したことを特徴とするレベリングバルブ。 - 前記大径部を前記縮径部より軸方向に長く設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレベリングバルブ。
- 前記縮径部を前記大径部より軸方向に長く設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレベリングバルブ。
- 前記第1の通路は前記ドレーンを前記スプールの中空部に接続し、前記空気ばね通路は前記空気圧供給源を前記弁体の前記スプール孔の前記大径部からのリフトに応じて環状隙間に接続することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のレベリングバルブ。
- 前記第1の通路は前記空気圧供給源を前記スプールの中空部に接続し、前記空気ばね通路は前記ドレーンを前記弁体の前記スプール孔の前記大径部からのリフトに応じて環状隙間に接続することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のレベリングバルブ。
